                  Always perfect. The staff is amazing, the food wonderful and priced correctly and love the patio. The only thing would be more comfortable chairs on the patio (old person) but that is very minor.

                  Booked for a Mother's Day dinner May 11, 2025. The kitchen was not stocked with many basic items making it difficult to choose what to eat. I was told the Falafel Bowl was available but when it came out, it was missing half its ingredients too. Though I had empathy for the situation the server was working given the kitchen issues, the service was still questionable at best. Took a long time to get a drink order, had to ask for cutlery, had to flag him down to inform him of food issues, and in my view, the manager did not properly address the issues of the table. The restaurant took the drinks off the bill, though it was 90% soft drinks (only one cocktail for our table of 6). No other comp was offered. Considering the situation, and that it was Mother's Day and clearly meant to be a celebratory meal, I would not recommend this establishment. Seems like a restaurant that's going out of business and has lost hope.

                  The food was good! Service was a bit off. Our server was very sweet but we waited 45 minutes for our tab and also some of our drinks were really slow to arrive. It also seemed very noisy but maybe I’m getting old. Will go back, I think our server was new and a bit overwhelmed.

                  I hate to give a negative review but I just have to share our experience. First time here and I was really looking forward to trying somewhere new. The service was pretty good but the food was really bad. The popcorn was really greasy and chewy with no salt or flavour. The shrimp tacos were dry and flavourless and the lettuce wraps were really dry and served with wilted lettuce. We did mention to our server the problem and she just said “oh….well there’s no manager here right now, so there’s nothing I can do..you can wait around until one comes on shift if you want”

                  National was a great date night for my wife and I. Energetic comfortable great service and good food. Ordered some oriental inspired tater tots. Very good but a little over salted. The mushroom pizza with white sauce and truffle oil was superb. It’s a must try for funghi fans. Throw in a great glass of cider and it made for a great experience. I don’t know if it was because it was Valentine’s Day or not but their pizza, 16” by the way was 25% off. We will definitely repeat!

                  The music was to loud in IMO but that’s a preference, also with the open dining room concept more noise is to be expected. The food was fantastic and portions generous, service was as good as you’d expect at this price point. All in all, I’ll be back !
