We offer a seasonal tasting menu that utilizes ingredients that tells the story of our islands and the history behind it.
Bar Area is accepting walk-ins.

**Our Hale tasting menu is 6 courses for $120 and our Aina (Vegan) tasting menu is 6 courses for $100.
We accommodate Pescatarian, No-Red Meat, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets.
We CANNOT accommodate Gluten-Free.
Please note if you are bringing kids for the tasting menu and if they will be having the course menu.

Nae Ogawa
Her career started at the prestigious Michelin-starred NARISAWA in Tokyo.
She then moved to New York at 21 years old to work at famed Michelin-starred Bouley.
Shortly after, she was flown to Paris to work at the popular bistro, La Bourse et La Vie.
In 2021, her ideas came to fruition with natuRe waikiki, an upscale restaurant featuring Sustainable Island French cuisine.

This is the second time we have been to Nature for a special celebration and they completely outdo themselves every time. The service is phenomenal, the drinks were perfect and the food was absolutely delicious. If we could, we would eat here every day. They made my birthday so special last year and my husband’s birthday so special this year! I love that they have a menu that can accommodate both vegetarian/vegans and you wouldn’t even be able to tell it’s vegan!!!

Nice gem in Honolulu came with our 3 year old granddaughter . Very accommodating staff. Thought non vegan tasting menu was better

Incredibly romantic and stunning restaurant and overall experience. I highly recommend for an intimate date night and at the chef's table. Truly unique dining experience.

Food was excellent the steak was incredible and the abalone risotto so yum, service was great too, servers described the dishes with passion and knowledge. Overall a fantastic dining experience.

Wow, we had an incredible first experience here. We did the tasting menu (both vegetarian and meat menus) at Chefs counter. Each course was unique and delicious. Service was excellent. Love the focus on local ingredients. Great ambiance and we loved watching the chefs at work. Highly recommend, we can’t wait to return.

Poor for a tasting menu. It was incredibly slow. We waited close to 20 minutes between dishes

Mahalo to Chef Nae Ogawa and her wonderful team, especially our server, Rose. Our experience at the counter allowed us to watch the kitchen from front row seats, and we were able to interact with the chef and the staff. Every dish was a wow course, with exciting and creative ingredients and flavor combinations. The premium wine pairings were a perfect match to the meal. We will definitely come back when we are in Honolulu, and we highly recommend the restaurant—one of the top dinners we had!

Shelby was an excellent server, the food was amazing per usual. Textures were varied, presentation was artful. Will def be back.
