   Every time I come to Nibi I am greeted with phenomenal hospitality from Michael. Best bartenders are TJ, Rachel and Sarah. Love this place.

   Nibi is always exceptional. We were seated in a quiet corner, table for 2. My ONLY complaint is that as we were right next to the window, it was a little chilly. We asked that the shades be closed and they accommodated. Perfect anniversary dinner!

   Great ingredients, well executed. Service was attentive without being intrusive. The entire staff made it their goal to ensure I enjoyed my food and the experience of dining there. Managers, hostess, servers, and bus staff were friendly and welcoming. I didn't meet the kitchen staff, but I sent my compliments. They introduced a new salmon preparation, paired with a curry sauce that hit all the right notes. Yum! Prices are certainly high, but normal for a fine dining experience. The wine list has a few good wines at their lower price tier, so I can always find something pleasing.

   Very good food and prepared perfectly. Really enjoyed our service and anniversary dinner. Always enjoy a great meal at Nibi when we stay at Firekeepers.

   Great service. The Prime Rib was cooked exactly as requested, as was the NY Strip. Lobster Bisque and Onion Soups were very tasty.

   We’ve been NIBI several times, it is absolutely our favorite place to go. This last experience however, was less than we’ve come to expect. My wife got the special which was prime rib and I got the Seabass, which was my favorite. The prime rib my wife ordered, medium, came out rare, it was supposed to be a 16 ounce cut. It looked to be a 28 ounce cut with 20 ounces of it being fat, my wife sent it back TO BE COOKED AT THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE. and what returned was a much better cut that was as ordered, however by that point I was already done with my meal so we did not end up eating together. I’ve had the Seabass a number of times and it has always been my favorite. This time as I took the first bite, there was like a pocket of oil that was encased inside the Seabass, which left my stomach very queasy almost immediately. I ended up leaving the restaurant early as I thought I was going to be sick. Needless to say it left a damper on our date night, not saying we won’t return because it’s still one of our favorites, but this was definitely the first bad meal we’ve had out of the 12+ times we’ve been there. The waitress never inquired how our food was and proceeded to serve my wife a piece of meat that was double the size it should’ve been without any hesitation, only saying that the delay in getting my wife a replacement was due to the kitchen being busy. Didn’t really feel she had any Interest in how our food was nor how our evening was going there were several items that could’ve been corrected, but she honestly just didn’t seem to care.
