Inspired by the city’s historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday – Saturday, the kitchen is led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods and the menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics, from relish trays for the table to prime rib carved tableside. Our full bar is mixing up classic cocktails like our Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned (made with spirits from local Brickway Brewery and Distillery) and playful recreations of after-dinner sippers like the Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper. Housed on the ground level of the Hilton Omaha, Nick’s Quorum draws inspiration from the original supper clubs in the Midwest (notice our “immediate seating available” sign) at the host stand.

Make your reservations now for our 4-course dinner, which includes tickets to DJ Party at Slowdown featuring DJ Crabrangucci, and shuttle service to Slowdown from the restaurant. Starters include choice of one: Caesar Salad, Beet Cured Salmon Carpaccio, Grilled Corn Chowder, Spanikopita. Followed by a signature housemade Relish Plate. Main course includes choice of one: signature Prime Rib Junior, Lion's Mane Mushroom "Crab" Cake, Broasted Chicken or upgrade to a 10oz Bone-In Filet from Omaha Steaks for a small fee.     My husband and I went to Nick’s Quorum for a late Christmas lunch. We were very happy to see they had a special menu! The service was really, really good, and the food was very very nice. We were in time to catch the last couple of songs of a live performer, so that was a pleasant experience!

    Delicious prime rib and the spirit free cocktails we excellent (nice balance, so not too sweet). The Lobster entree is indulgent, rich and outstanding. They were serving a special sweet potato bread pudding with butterscotch ice cream - wow. Service was excellent.

    First time dining there. The prime rib was fantastic and a good price. Excellent service too. Lots of interesting items on the menu. Looking forward to another visit to try more!

    Business lunch for 5. Server was kind and welcoming. Manager came by and provided us some history of the restaurant and its concept. Everyone enjoyed the food. Will return.

    Enjoyed a nice Sunday morning brunch at Nick's Quorum. I paired the Bottomless Bellinis with Chicken and Waffles. The chicken was crisp and juicy, and the spicy syrup was a perfect condiment for it. My friend indulged in the cinnamon roll waffle, and I had to try it, too. What a delicious treat for a sweet breakfast! Service was great all around, from our welcome to the waitstaff, over the top attention to be sure we had everything we needed. I will certainly be back!

    Food and ambiance was just OK. We had the broasted chicken, which was very good, but the appetizers, sides and desert were lacking luster and somewhat tasteless. Best thing was that they are across the street from the CHI Center so very convenient as we’re attending an event. Otherwise pass.

    Our visit to Nick’s Quorum - Bar and Supper Club was nothing short of incredible, thanks in large part to Gus, our phenomenal server. From the moment we were seated, Gus ensured that our experience was seamless, personable, and filled with thoughtful touches. His attentiveness and knowledge of the menu truly elevated our evening. The food selection was absolutely outstanding. The highlight of the night had to be the tableside prime rib service—an experience as impressive as it was delicious. Every bite was perfection, and the entire meal showcased the attention to detail that makes this place special. Nick’s Quorum was the perfect choice for our first night out to kick off the holiday season. The warm atmosphere, impeccable service, and exceptional cuisine made it a night to remember. We can’t wait to come back!

    Enjoyed lunch at the bar. Nice warm setting. They carry local coffee from Hill of Beans which is really good.
