Nobu Atlanta is situated at Phipps Plaza in the affluent Buckhead neighborhood. With influence from Atlanta's lush canopy of trees and Japanese arts and crafts, the bar and lounge area features a white onyx bar volume that sits in front of a 12-foot-long river rock art installation while folded cast glass pendants cast a soft glow on the bar. The dining room takes you to traditional Japanese garden pavilions that were often used for ceremonies and rituals while overscale pendants made from shoji paper create the look of elongated, abstracted paper lanterns. Design language that is a continuation of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's imaginative and innovative culinary offerings celebrates nature and is integrated through the use of different wood tones

    It was my wife birthday and she wanted the waiter to take a picture of us. The floor supervisor kept rushing the waiter off and it put a damper on the dinner. This was done twice

    Awesome food & Service Jeffery was the best server we have experienced in some time, knew the menu and provided smooth service on a difficult evening on dec 31st . Will be returning soon

    I went for New Years Eve booked in advance and stayed at the Hotel. They made us wait to sit down we had 5pm reservations...waited about 15 minutes . We were dress nice and was told they had a dress code but we saw people in there with "t shirts and wind pants and running shoes ...etc...One teenage girl looked liked she had her pajama pants on with her Uggs no socks on. My bill was over $800 (included the tip) and food was barely average. Drinks were good but over priced.

    Never disappoints! The sushi is awesome and the masterminds in the kitchen always have sushi specials that wow the whole family. When both servers tell you the miso cake is their favorite you have to partake.

    A Dining Experience to Forget at Nobu I recently visited Nobu with high expectations, given its reputation for fine dining and exceptional service. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but. To start, the service was atrocious—slow, inattentive, and disorganized. It felt as though our table was an afterthought despite the hefty price tag attached to the meal. When we raised concerns, the management was dismissive and unwilling to accept any responsibility, leaving us feeling unheard and undervalued as customers. As for the food, it was shockingly mediocre. While the dishes were beautifully plated, the flavors lacked the finesse and depth one would expect from such a renowned establishment. It left me wondering what exactly Nobu is charging for, because it certainly isn’t the taste. The wine list was another sore point. Overpriced beyond reason, it felt more like a cash grab than a thoughtful curation of pairings to complement the menu. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in recent memory for $660. Nobu might have the name and prestige, but it fails miserably where it matters most: service, quality, and customer care. Save your money and go elsewhere. This place is an overpriced disaster.

    From start to finish disappointed with all aspects. When our Rock Shrimp Tempura Creamy Spicy Butter Ponzu came my spouse commented that Popeye’s shrimp was better & I wholeheartedly agreed. We left shortly after.
