    This was the most perfect meal. We went in with a party of 5 for Christmas dinner and did the chefs selections, that was the best choice ever. From the tuna with the fried rice cubes to the wagyu steak. Best meal I have had in a while. Definitely coming back

    This was our first time in Nobu in New Orleans. I was amazed by the service and elaborate of the menu. If I am a give a 100 starts to the service I would. The ambiance was just absolute superb and food I can’t say enough.

    The food was incredible! The only thing to usurp this was the service by Courtney! We were newish to Japanese cuisine and Courtney was friendly, encouraging, and educational! Thank you for a great Christmas Eve experience!!

    We’ve dined at multiple Nobu restaurants over the years and was very excited for the launch of the New Orleans location. Service was really disappointing… Waitress never brought our second round of drinks after being ordered and reminded, out of sushi after already ordering, and they also forgot we were there to celebrate a birthday. We ended up having to ask them to bring a candle out separately so we could sing happy birthday. Multiple small “misses” than ended up being a poor experience.

    A very bad experience. Had to confirm 4 times that I was honoring the reservation only to experience the worst service and food in a longtime. I should have known when we ordered the Nobu style edamame and the server had no clue. That was my meal as the yelllowtail and sea bass had not arrived for approximately 30 minutes. The excuse given was the sea bass was thick. At that point I cancelled the order and requested a manager. First manager seemed scared to come over. She never offered her name. She did nothing. Then a cook delivered the Sea bass 40 minutes aster the order. Again the excuse was since it’s a thick cut it takes time. The cook left the dish. It was barely cooked. Then the server delivered the bill. I had not asked for the bill. I refused the bill and asked for the manager. This manager did not offer his name. I explained the evens of the evening. In my opinion the server needed more time learning the menu and general service. By far the worst Nobu dinning experience. What’s with the time restrictions. Very disappointing evening.

    Front staff didn’t seem organized. Struggled seating people with reservations. Waiter made up for other bad service up front. Food was good like nobu always is

    Our first time dining st Nobu and it won't be the last. We enjoyed everything from start to finish. Courtney gave us an amazing experience. She was so knowledgeable and friendly and she made the night perfect.
