Very disappointed in the food and the service. I think our server was new because each question we had about the menu he had to go ask. Food presentation was bland. The food was no better than other sushi bars I’ve been to especially for the price. This was my first time at a NOBU restaurant, and my last.

No receptionist at the entrance of the Restaurant. We, together with some guests waited for 5 minutes at the desk. If we didn't come in we would not have gotten to our table. The servings in between meals took longer than expected. So by the time the main course arrived we were full from all the appetizers. They said they were under staffed on that night, but with the prices of the meals and the reputation of Nobu as a world class restaurant, we expected a much better and efficient service.

I’ve eaten at Nobu restaurants all over the world and unfortunately this by far the worst meal I have ever had one of their restaurants. The Umami chicken was tasteless and burnt and I am afraid the rat was style over substance

Although staff was very professional, it felt like a factory with very slow service. Good food nothing outstanding. Not again. And not recommander way too expensive to what you get. Disappointing

Great value - food was great (except for some of the vege sides, those werent so great). Staff were amazing though

Good spread of food, and generally of good quality. The initial pace was good, but subsequent orders took a longer time to arrive. Service staff were clearly very busy, our plates were not cleared, and we had to stack them at one point. Owing to the low ceiling, the noise level was high. Overall, the food made up for the shortfalls.

Would be good to have more sashimi options but overall the food was good. Dessert selection was also good and scrumptious.
