Experience Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's world renowned cuisine in Indian Wells.
Overlooking Stadium 2 in the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, guests can enjoy intimate ambiance. Indulge in Chef Nobu's famous signature dishes including Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Rock Shrimp Tempura and Black Cod Miso as well as traditional Japanese favorites and sushi.

    Not what you would expect from Nobu... I made my reservation weeks in advance in advance with much anticipation over dining again at a Nobu restaurant. Before our reservation time at 5:15 the restaurant called to notify us they had a second seating and we would have to be done with dinner by 6:30. Not unusual, but they were very direct on the phone about it. Upon arriving at the restaurant we were reminded again of this at reception. The reception staff was generally unfriendly and with the deliberate reminders of our time made us feel bit unwelcome. We were one of the first groups there and few were sat at the worst table in the place. We requested a different table and were told no. The service from then on was inconsistent with our orders coming fast then slow, the waitress would be present then gone for long periods. Our food came out in spurts and someone was always hovering to clear dishes before were finished. The service was so inconsistent that dinner lasted until 7:10 PM, well beyond their limit and totally their fault. We were very dismayed when 7 PM came and there were open tables and no one waiting to be seated. The service was rushed and chaotic and the experience for us was disappointing. The food was good but missing the service and the special introduction to dishes and wait staff help Nobu is known for. The restaurant is located in the Tennis Garden grounds and you are not allowed to enter there grounds before 5PM. The area directly in front of the restaurant on the second floor was dirty and uninviting. This is hardly the experience you would expect when spending $$$ for a nice meal.

    Great food but service was not perfect - very slow with our last course. Think they forgot about it!

    The food was amazing and flavourful. Would highly recommend the miso cod and rib eye! The service was excellent!

    We booked fairly last minute and could only get a 9PM seating, and the table was not ready when we arrived at 9. We took seats at the bar and had good cocktails. Their sake menu is not extensive, but there were delicious choices; the unfiltered one was great. After about 15 minutes, we were seated. The server (and in fact every staff member who visited the table) was knowledgable and helpful. The food, served family-style, was fantastic; particularly good was the black cod with miso. I loved the eggplant with spicy miso too. The mushroom soup was superb (and enough for 2 people).

    Wev went to the Nobu at the Indian Wells Tennis center. They take care of you from the valet all the way to the elevator that takes you to the second floor. Service was prompt, friendly and our server was great with recommendations. All sushi, salad and specialty plates were fresh and really good. Definitely going back.

    The food was out of this world. As other state, have the miso cod and the tempura shrimp. It was so nice to be here in shoulder season, outside of Indian Wells tennis tournament. Our waiter was amazing and attentive.

    Most of the food was delicious and service was pretty good for Xmas Eve. The King Crab was hardly edible as half was so salty. I believe it was from the salt they put it on. A shame to ruin $120 dish. I told the server- don’t think they cared. It took a half hour to get drinks served. Excellent meal otherwise and fish was so fresh.
