To bring the celebration together, Noche will offer Mexican inspired hand crafted cocktails. Every guest will experience a fiesta and be treated like familia by the gracious and friendly staff. The fun atmosphere will be elevated with music, great food, art and a remembrance of those who we love but have passed.

Noche is an authentic tribute to Mexican BBQ featuring popular smoked meats and sides cooked for family and friends during celebration. Aaron Diaz, founder and operator is bringing the classic Mexican BBQ flair to Louisville KY keeping true to Mexico's classic tingas, antojitos and unique salsas. Aaron was born in Texas and grew up with a unique Mexican twist on the classic backyard BBQ, surrounded by familia, memories and flavorful food. In Mexico a BBQ is more than just a gathering, it is a gesture of love when one cooks for all, creating a moment in time when a memory is tangible for eternity. We have the Best Margaritas in Louiville and the Best Birra Tacos in Kentucky.

Noche has excellent food, drinks and service! It’s a beautiful restaurant as well. Highly recommend this place!

Loved the food and service. A cool atmosphere inside. One downfall was the really loud live music. Since tables are close together having a speaker and singers playing music literally a half foot behind us made it impossible to talk to our group and that was disappointing. Not ideal set up! (Although the singers were talented.)

There were 4 people in our party, and we all ordered something different. First, the positive: interior of restaurant was beautiful and relatively quiet. Considering they were not very busy at all (4pm), service was slow. The food was okay, presentation was better than the food. It was comparable to El Nopal, but twice the price. Definitely a one and done restaurant for us.

Some of the food was really good, some of the food came out cold and the rice was undercooked. The wait staff said they would take the cost off the bill but they never did. No real effort to make things right. Ambience was really cool but the price for the quality of the food was too much.

Good atmosphere. Server spent most of her time doing side work. Watched our food sit in the window until she decided to come over. Not a cheap eat but food is good. Love the old church setting. Tables are super close together.

This has to be in my top five Mexican restaurants (and Mexican is a go to for me). The food was amazing. Even just the frijoles were elevated. The mole sauce is the best I’ve ever tasted. The convert church with the large mural is iconic. A live singer who should be a signed recording artist. I even liked the wallpaper in the bathroom. No room for complaints!
