Nestled in the heart of East Nashville, Noko is an Asian-inspired, wood-fired restaurant inspired by wanderlust and simplicity of the region. Here, Executive Chef Dung “Junior” Vo aims to perfect the balance of new and old techniques in wood fire cooking, putting his Asian-influenced spins on familiar proteins and indigenous vegetables through smoking, searing, and roasting.

My wife and I have had a trying few weeks on the medical side of life and last night’s visit was so good for our souls in every way. The food was grand and was matched by the incredible service and hospitality. We usually get 4-5 plates and they were all exquisite. The brussel sprouts, tuna crispy rice, crab fried rice, fish dip and burnt ends were all fantastic. The only downside we ever run into is the acute lack of parking. Noko is so great and popular that finding a spot is becoming more difficult every time we dine there. But frankly, we would walk quite a distance to enjoy dining at Noko! 😀

10 out of 10. Service and food were fantastic. Tried some many different dishes and love everything. Some of our top favorites were the green beans, crispy potatoes, tomahawk, coconut cake. But every was fabulous. Our waitress took down everything we wanted and then sent out food in waves - the timing was perfect. Allowed us to enjoy the food and conversation. Already planning our next visit.

Food and service is 10/10. Every wood fired dish on the menu is unbelievable and desserts are incredible.

I’m always amazed at how consistent the food, drinks and service are here. We tried new stuff like the Tepanyaki and holy cow it’s so good. Love this place.

Wow!! The best service we have received in Nashville. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary/promotion celebration dinner one to remember. I called beforehand to request champagne to toast at the table and they already had it covered. On the way there, my car broke down which made us an hour late (yes we left the car and still went to dinner…lol). I spoke w the host multiple times are she was SO helpful and reassuring that our table would be waiting for us….it was. When we got there, they were just as concerned about our car as we were, and just as happy about our anniversary. It was special. THEN, when ordering, we were deciding between two dishes (two different times) and our waiter actually brought both out to us as a “gift”. Great food and great service!!!

I have been to Noko several times and it continues to be amazing with food and service. The number of menu items available is really great, and I have never had anything that I didn't love. Everything on the menu is outstanding. It is rare for a place to be so good with food and service!

This is my second experience at Noko and the second time was just as good as the first. Outstanding meal, very friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Both times were for Sunday brunch but that’s only because it’s the only time I can get a reservation!

Second time coming to Noko this month, and it won’t be the last! First visit was for dinner…came for brunch today, and it was exceptional. Hands down, one of the best restaurants in Nashville. From the ambience, to the team, to the food, they are 11/10. Dinner reservations book out weeks in advance, but do NOT sleep on the brunch menu!

This restaurant is so special. We wanted to dine here one last time before we moved states. Service and food are always outstanding. Cheers to the staff and owners that make this restaurant stand out! We will miss you!
