   The food was great, good quality and good value. The service however was poor. More training needed for staff. Had to wave him down to put in our order. Waved him down again for dessert and coffee order. Coffees were quick to come out, we waited 30 minutes plus for dessert then waved waiter down to find out what was going on. If you take the order, pls check we get our food. We cd have had another drink but weren't asked. No one checked if we were happy with any of the food. We asked for desserts to be free which they did. It wasn't that busy so no excuse.

   Lovely place with great service. Food is lovely but prices are over the top for what it is.

   We arrived at 5.24 and were made to stand with 2 kids for 6 minutes till exactly 5.30 before we were seated. This is weird and unacceptable and really undignified. If you don't have anywhere to seat people then you don't make them stand there for 6 minutes looking at them!!! It's very jobs worth behaviour and I found it embarrassing. The guy in charge was awful and didn't offer an explanation as to why we needed to wait till exactly 5.30. it's all a bit naff to be honest and not something I have experience before. The waiting staff were standing looking at us as there were other people waiting so it had absolutely nothing to do with getting tables ready. I have always in the past enjoyed coming here to eat but tonight it felt very food hall.

   My meal was nice, my son ordered a $ 34 Steak, it was chewy, tough to eat and had a lot of gristle, not a nice steak for the price couldn't eat it. Wouldn't get steak again. Asked for medium rare, streak was very rare. This might have been the problem. Just not cooked right. Other than that all other meals we good.

   Very nice seafood platter and very good price. Will come back again definitely. Only thing is the oyster with BbQ bacon sauce maybe not too much sauce next time the sauce flavour is too strong overpowering the nature oyster flavour. Thanks.

   Ordered an entree and two main meals. Waiting a white for our entree to come and next thing our two mains arrived. We told them our entree has not come yet, so they took the mains away. We requested that they be remade fresh rather than kept warm. They assured us this would happen. Once finished our entree our mains came to the table. After our request for the meals to be remade fresh as this was an error on their part, our mains had been kept warm and served back to us. The Bok Choi was all wrinkled and our plates were hotter than the meal itself. We were extremely disappointed ! Never eat there again.

   Ordered the cloche smoking rib fillet ($50) wanted med rare, came med-well with no nahm Jim sauce. Was told after the dish was delivered they had no nahm Jim. Sent the dish back for a med rare steak and mushroom sauce. Steak came rare and no sauce. Another person ordered a rib fillet well done, plate came with an eye fillet cooked med rare. Sent dish back. Not impressed. Waited an hour an 20 minutes for food. Desserts took another 20mins to arrive.

    Awesome service, food was fantastic and the atmosphere was great. Would definitely recommend if in the area you should definitely try it out, the menu is great.
