Service was a little slow to start, but after that everything was amazing. Service, food, atmosphere were great.

The mushroom ravioli and linguine carbonara were tasty. Then Neapolitan pizza’s crust was thicker than we’d like. The Bianco Mangiare was a big disappointment. Just flavorless. Also disappointing was that the waiter seemed to forget about us. Had to ask for a water refill and took a long time for him to take our bill.

Extremely hard to find. The place looks like a maze. Although, it leaves you with an everlasting impression: death of Island vibe & worst of industrialization.

We have been here twice. Gale and Shannon are amazing servers… food excellent and the Roman pizza is the best!

The night of our visit they were very busy and were about 20 minutes late seating us for our reservation. I wish our server would have mentioned before we ordered that the portions were more family sized as after my wife and I ate we could have easily only ordered 1 entree. Food was good, just a bit on the pricey side for what it was but I guess you get that at a resort.

We had high hopes based on the ratings. They were quickly dashed. To get to this place, you need to valet then walk 10 minutes so we left early to arrive on time for our 6:30 reservation. We waited. At 6:55, I inquired and the hostess said she was just now seating the 5pm reservations. a maanager was able to intervene and find us a table when I explained we were with my older parents who live on the Island, but it waas so loud that we could not hold a conversation. The bright lights and loud crashing noises from service make this feel more like a Las Vegas cafeteria/buffet than a nice restaurant. The water tasted like it was from the pool--after 20 miutes our nice waiter brought us some filtered water upon request that was drinkable. We paid $40 for pretty good personal pizzas that we could have made at home. The food was fresh and edible but way overpriced. AND at no point during reservation, confirmation, valet, check-in, seating, ordering or paying the bill did anyone tell me that each driver would need to save the receipt of payment in order to retrieve our cars from the valet. This restaurant needs noise abatement, better lighting, some inspired menu items, and better management. (But our waiter was very kind--it was not his fault that they were understaffed).

Food was excellent. Our service was great. The food came out very quickly and was exactly as ordered. We were seated exactly at our reservation time as well. We dined on New Year’s Eve and had expected to wait both to be seated and for our food. We were pleasantly surprised with both. We would highly recommend.

Plan on spending hundreds of dollars more than you would at any other restaurant of similar quality…. We got a cold water lobster in Kailua-Kona for $34…. It’s was $134 in the resort. Of course you’d expect to pay more for things in a resort but this felt more like extortion. Fish of the day was dry and overcooked. Service seemed rushed and food came out haphazardly.
