NUSA means island in Indonesian.
Our chef Wayan comes from Nusa Penida, a beautiful island off the coast of Bali. At our beautiful harbourside terrace, you will find an unique atmosphere. A little Bali feeling with an original Bali temple in the Caribbean.

Our concept:
Guests can order a 5, 7 or 9 dishes rice table. There is a choice of 16 delicious, freshly made dishes. We have a number of classics on the menu such as sateh and rendang. Indonesian soups and desserts are also on the menu.

Of course, we also have tasty vegetarian dishes.

Wayan cooks everything fresh in her own kitchen, with an emphasis on healthy and nutritious food. The rich spice mixes give an enormous explosion of flavor in the food. We cook pure nature therefor WITHOUT msg, vetsin or asinomoto (flavor enhancers).

    Our server, Keon, was great in terms of attentiveness to my wife and I. The drinks were great! Ordered the 5 plate rijstaffel (rice table) which was outstanding!

    A wonderful unexpected surprise! Fabulous food. Authentic with a delightful Caribbean twist. This is a must visit restaurant! Nice garden setting and view across the water. A nice bonus to find such a great Indonesian restaurant here in Aruba - a side benefit from Dutch history. Lovely staff. Great service.

    The food had good flavor but was lukewarm. When brought to the waitresses attention, she was unconcerned, noting the feedback but not working to address the issue.

    The food was disappointing since usually Indonesian food is very flavorful. We thought it was bland and the green beans were not fresh.

    Food was good well presented, got a good fine taste of the various Indonesian spices , staff very attentive and the location is nicely on the waterfront,

    The location is very nice. Next to the bay, nice lighting. windy though. Service was good. They were very friendly. Food could be better. Not a lot of food for the value. I would suggest they put some side dishes as part of the experience. Dessert was very tasty.

    Nusa is a beautiful restaurant on the ground floor of Harbour House at the Oranjestad Marina, with a perfect view of the marina, the cruise ships, and the charming Oranjestad skyline. While enjoying a great Balinese dinner on the outside terrace, you can see the cruise ships leave Port Oranjestad. The menu offers a variety of options, all based on the Balinese Chef's family recipes. The interior is very charming, with a Marina and Bali twist. Inside and outside seating available. The staff is great, very attentive and accurate, and the pricing is super friendly. The perfect spot to have a nice dinner in the Aruban tropics with family and friends. We love this place!
