Oak Steakhouse Raleigh continues the legacy of the original Oak Steakhouse in Charleston, SC, with a modern take on the classic steakhouse. Located in the Warehouse District of downtown Raleigh, Oak Steakhouse offers an innovative approach to steakhouse dining, serving farm-fresh dishes alongside steakhouse classics. Under the direction of executive chef Todd Woods, Oak's menu highlights the restaurant's relationship with local farmers and purveyors. To complement the menu, Oak's expansive wine list features California Cabernet and Old World reds, including a selection of Italian and Spanish wines, as well as an array of artisan domestic wines. In celebration of Raleigh's local brewery scene, Oak Steakhouse showcases local brews alongside domestic and international beers. Classic and creative, seasonal cocktails are also on the menu.

    Hands down the best restaurant for a romantic birthday celebration. My girlfriend and I were met with open arms. Our server John was amazing and ensured we received a true Oak Steakhouse experience.

    My wife and I had a great experience celebrating our Anniversary. The service was outstanding. We loved the environment, and deco. Food was excellent and cooked really well. We will certainly come back, and recommend to our friends.

    Food was delicious and creative. Service overall was very good but there was a bit of a delay between appetizers and mains. Not significant but was the only negative of the evening I can point to. Our waiter was attentive without being intrusive and very knowledgeable. Overall a great experience and we will return.

    Always a great experience with top notch service. Alex, our waiter was very tentative & manager was pleasant without lingering. One of our, if not the top, favorite steak restaurant in Wake County!

    We've had good meals at The Oak before, and made a reservation there for my dad's birthday this year. They printed out balloons on his menu, which was a nice touch, but then they sat us in literally the worst seat in the house - a lone table directly between the bar window and the kitchen, right in the middle of a constant flow of foot traffic, with all the noise and distraction you'd expect from that. They were able to move us to a slightly better spot between courses after I requested it, but overall it was a sloppy move that took away from the experience. To be fair, the food is good, so I'm not saying don't go there. I just wouldn't trust them to deliver for a special occasion.

    This was an outstanding dining experience to celebrate a milestone Birthday. The staff went out of their way to make this event special. The wait staff were very attentive and the food was excellent to say the least. I would highly recommend Oak Steakhouse.
