Oak Steakhouse Raleigh continues the legacy of the original Oak Steakhouse in Charleston, SC, with a modern take on the classic steakhouse. Located in the Warehouse District of downtown Raleigh, Oak Steakhouse offers an innovative approach to steakhouse dining, serving farm-fresh dishes alongside steakhouse classics. Under the direction of executive chef Todd Woods, Oak's menu highlights the restaurant's relationship with local farmers and purveyors. To complement the menu, Oak's expansive wine list features California Cabernet and Old World reds, including a selection of Italian and Spanish wines, as well as an array of artisan domestic wines. In celebration of Raleigh's local brewery scene, Oak Steakhouse showcases local brews alongside domestic and international beers. Classic and creative, seasonal cocktails are also on the menu.

    This was a second visit and it was just as impressive as the first. Absolute top notch service and food. Our waiter brought us a free appetizer of deviled eggs with fried oysters on top and it was WOW, amazing. This restaurant is a top choice to visit for any special occasion or to treat yourself to a special dining experience.

    The food was great! The short rib was tender and the peanut butter pie is like nothing around the area! They did get rid of the brussel sprouts so that was a major bummer. I hope they’ll bring them back.

    Steaks were incredible, perfects cook! Sides of mac n cheese, mushrooms and mash potatoes tasted amazing. Ambiance is great, good music and lighting as well as decor. Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and added to the overall experience. We ate early 5ish and the place was packed soon after, really good sign and after eating there i can see why, highly recommend!!

    So we took customers out for dinner and our experience was awesome. Our waiter was on point the whole time with service. I would put this place at an 11 for service and the atmosphere was awesome.

    I recommend the “steak frites” on the menu. Fries were very similar, and delicious, like “French” fries in France (I lived there for two years). The steak portion wasn’t too big and perfectly cooked. Great meal! They had “yacht rock” radio playing so the vibes were perfect. Great dinner and restaurant, well played, Oak Steakhouse.

    Oak Steakhouse always seems to do well. Some things on the menu were a little different, like the Cesar salad, but it was our fault for not reading it’s made with broccoli rabe versus romaine. Overall food was delicious and we will continue to come back.
