Open for over 20 years, Oishii Owner & Executive Chef Thanh Nguyen serves some of the most creative comfort sashimi, sushi, and specialty rolls (including many rice-less and gluten-free options) in Dallas. We have an extensive Pan-Asian menu that has classic Vietnamese dishes such as shaken beef tenderloin, fried whole snapper, and incredible pho, and Chinese favorites like peking duck and sea-salt style combination seafood.
The beverage menu to include over 20 wines by the glass and a constantly rotating selection of the best 100 wines he can procure. We offer 16 sakes by the glass and offer a full bar specializing in Japanese whiskeys, single malt scotches, and seasonal hand crafted cocktails.

Best sushi! Speciality drinks a little weak and slow to serve. Calamari delicious but small portion. Excellent service

Cesar, Roger, and Jose treated us exceptionally well. We sat at the bar, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. The rolls were incredibly fresh and delicious. The service was attentive, the presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. It was clear that the ingredients were of the highest quality. Whether you're a sushi enthusiast or just trying it for the first time, this spot is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back!

Food like always, fresh and delicious. Robin our server was friendly, attentive, and very enthusiastic. Jose and Jaime, sushi makers, were very welcoming and willing to name and describe the sushi they were creating. Excellent dinning experience all around! Thanks!!

We decided to try a new experience and eat at the sushi bar. It was a great experience. We enjoyed visiting with the sushi staff. We tried the Dallas roll for the first time. It will be added to our favorites.

Always good but they have added extra seats to the sides of the sushi bar making it very crowded!

The restaurant never acknowledged that the reservation was for my sister’s birthday. So not even a candle in a scoop of ice cream. The waitress was nice and attentive but food was subpar. Wasabi and Ginger plates was dried like it has been sitting since last night. Ginger was gross almost like it has been fermented and is mushy.
