OKC Tap House is located off the hotel’s main lobby and accessible from Robinson Avenue, this two-story entertainment venue and sports bar will be the place to cheer-on the Oklahoma City Thunder or to enjoy live music. For those looking for a more intimate experience while enjoying the vast list of local brews, two private rooms will be available to host watch parties and events. The two levels of outdoor terrace space will offer stunning views of Scissortail Park, while the downtown OKC energy fills the air. In addition to an extensive list of local brews, craft cocktails and an array of menu offerings, guests will also delight in a competitive table game.

We came here for Valentine’s Day dinner. We had reservations at 8:15pm, however we did not get seated until 45 minutes later. Then, no one spoke to us or even tried to take our order. We waited another 30 minutes until a server came over to us. I understand that it was busy on Valentine’s Day, but this was no way to treat two customers that wanted to have a nice dinner. The service was very bad. But our pasta and salmon was good. The drinks were way too strong and not enjoyable. This was our first time there and we were disappointed.

The service was terrible, they forgot our shakes and we finally had to ask for them to go. The waitress checked on us one time and never would bring the check. There was live music, but for such a small venue it was just too loud for a live band.

We went here for my boyfriend’s birthday, which also happened to be Valentine’s Day. We were seated promptly upstairs, which had a lovely ambiance - a bit of a luxury sports bar. The decor for valentines was cute. It wasn’t busy yet as we had a fairly early reservation. We waited far too long for service, and once someone did take our drink order, that took quite some time as well. We eventually had to ask the kind bartender for menus. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and hospitable, though the time it took for anything was a disappointment. At one point we were out of all drinks. The food was wonderful, though the prices are a bit steep for what it is. There are not many food options either. I would expect more drink options at a sports bar as well. Once the live music started, we left as we could no longer hear each other talk —-which is pretty silly on americas biggest date night of the year! 😂 Overall, the place was lovely and if we are ever in the mood for good pizza and wings with some drinks, we will definitely return since it’s just down the street, but we were moderately disappointed in the lack of preparation and staffing for the evening.

On Super Bowl night, we arrived for our reservation and were made to wait for about half an hour, even as other guests were seated without any apparent name verification. While waiting, we noticed two people staying at The National Autograph Collection—the same hotel as us—walk in. We greeted each other, and they were immediately seated at a table they had just suggested to the hostess. This was the same table I had requested upon arrival, which had been empty the entire time. When I asked about it, the manager—a blonde gentleman (Tanner)—dismissively told me it was reserved. His attitude was not only rude but also poorly handled. Yet, moments later, the hostess seated the guests I knew at that very table without hesitation. Notably, they had made their reservation the same day, just like us, and for a later time. After waiting for half an hour, this level of disorganization and lack of customer service completely ruined our first impression of the Omni. We only stayed because the game had already started, but the experience was completely soured.

Bought the Big game day experience for the superbowl, servers, buffet and drinks were great. Hope they do it again next year.
