Ole Ole Tapas is a family run authentic Spanish tapas bar and restaurant in the heart of the historic city of Lincoln. We are a busy, exciting and vibrant restaurant always trying to bring a slice of Spain to Lincoln through our food and service. Catering for everyone from large families and staff parties to couples and friends looking for something a little different.

Established in the summer of 2013, Ole Ole Tapas was the brainchild of both Amador and Alison bringing their expertise and decades of experience of the catering industry to flourish in their very own tapas restaurant. Originally born in the Canary Island of Lanzarote (where the family originally came from) their daughter and both sons decided to join their family venture and follow in the footsteps of their parents and grandparents. The Ole Ole family is passionate about food and dedicated on delivering exceptional service in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

There really aren't enough superlatives to describe Ole Ole Tapas! On an extremely busy Monday evening the service was excellent and the food outstanding with the atmosphere of an authentic Spanish taverna to match. From the non-alcoholic sangria to the extensive range of traditional dishes available (served piping hot), not to mention the caramel vodka to end the evening this is a real culinary delight. What a fantastic place with amazingly friendly & welcoming people - I can not recommend this enough. By far one of the best places to visit in Lincoln..... Muchas gracious Ole Ole!

Great meal for the 6 of us as per at this great Tapas restaurant. Even though we had a fairly late booking on a busy mothers day in the restaurant, the food was excellent. Well done again to all the team at Ole Ole 😊

Really nice experience, food was great, customer service above expectations, but sangria did not have any alcohol, it was just juice tasting like sangria.

Fast service, respectful and friendly staff, owner very visible and approachable (we had our foto with him) but above all tapas of quality, such a varied selection, something for everyone! Every time we go it is crowded (in the best sense of the word!) If you like a quiet atmosphere not near other people, for God's same stay away!! There might be quiet times, but you'd need to ask when these are, if they exist. Do book in advance , especially on Saturdays. (Ah, y si te gusta practicar tu español, adelante, estarán encantados de conversar en español).

Fantastic meal and service with great choices of food and drink. The food was delicious and a good range of drinks and desserts. Staff were friendly and efficient and the whole event was excellent value for money.

Service is impeccable, food is authentic tapas, and always arrives quickly. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If you want a true tapas experience then Ole Ole is the place to go.

Amazing host, food exceptional and reminded me of my wonderful 2 years in Lanzarote. Love the Gambas and the Lentils with Chorizo. Waitress was brilliant will absolutely definitely be back.
