The mains came out straight away within 10 minutes, before the entrees which says they were already made. We sent it back asking to have the Entrees first, that’s what entree means. The mains were cold after asking them to be reheated twice. The veal was chewy thick and covered in melted cheese disgusting actually. I’ve never refused to pay for a main. This was a first! The bread was just warm undercooked dough. The still tap water in a funky bottle cost $9. I asked for still water. The food actually sat in my stomach and caused cramp’s all night. We felt sorry for the waitress and I reassured her it wasn’t her fault. When it was PECA this place was amazing, now it’s a health hazard.

Amazing food, experience and atmosphere. This is my second time visiting and it was better than the first time. The seafood was fresh, the past was cooked perfectly and the bistecca was *chef’s kiss*

To be honest I wouldn't go back. The veal and pork balls ...I buy the same from aldi. The steak was not grilled properly...dry and to top it off no sauce to help put some moisture back into it. The plain rucola was ridiculous for the price. Even 2 pieces of broccoli and carrot would have saved the dish. Menu very little to choose from. In all the ambience is amazing but we were not happy with the food and price.

Orders were wrong, not once but twice, the seafood pasta I had wasn’t flavoursome, tge bill came and for what we had was very expensive not to mention they tried charging us for extra stuff we didn’t order. The Manager did apologies but first time we went and prob won’t be back.

Olivello has a beautiful atmosphere and absolutely delicious food! I savoured and enjoyed every bite. The service was outstanding.

The food was great and the service even better. The place was clean and ambience made you feel like you were in a different place. Would definitely go back there again.

Underwhelming experience and overpriced. Our entree was good. We had a share platter but the pizza was disappointing.

Lovely venue and styling was beautiful. We found the waiter (a young gentleman) quite unfamiliar with the menu which was a bit confusing when ordering. The staff that welcomed us and also served most of the meals were more professional and had experience and confidence. The food options, taste and quality were all excellent.

No one answered three messages about anaphylaxis in my party of nine and cakeage charges. Once that was sorted out, the event was FLAWLESS. Abundant delicious hot food, beautiful ambiance and friendly service. We will definitely be back

Olivello was a great experience overall, food was good, lots of flavor in their cuisine, ambience was great. Service was on point, would definatley recommend.
