Literally translating to "Trust The Chef Please", Omakase Por Favor is a new restaurant in Lincoln, CA. We combine the best of coastal Mexican cuisine and the Japanese Omakase dining experience. We offer signature oysters, ceviches, and fresh seasonal seafood along with vegetables and produce from local farms and suppliers. Join us for lunch for a quick bite from our à la carte menu, or make your reservation for dinner where you can experience a culinary journey in our omakase menu and leave all of the decision-making to our expert chefs. We really loved the food. However it would have been nice to have more of a selection from the a la cart menu. Different tostadas to share would have been enjoyable.

I didn't know what to expect, but I definitely did not expect Michelin quality in Lincoln! I will make this gem a monthly visit!!!

Fantastic meal, went for appetizers/ tapas and everything was perfect. Miso scallop - perfectly cooked with a balanced sauce Prawn cocktail - again perfectly cooked with fresh horseradish and cocktail sauce... just when you think it's going to grow too spicy 🔥 it levels of Last but my least atun tostada - scallions pickled red onion and serrano peppers perfectly balanced...I could only eat 8 or 10

My wife and I came to Omakase Por Favor for a Valentine’s Day date. The restaurant is small, but that helps the intimacy feel of the restaurant. We were seated promptly at our reservation time and given the option of still or sparkling water to start. We were then given the regular menu and the Valentine’s Day special omakase menu. We opted for the Valentine’s Day special. It included a bottle of wine and a seven course tasting menu. It was pretty pricy at $375 for the couple, but it was the most incredible seafood I have ever had in my life. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. My wife, who doesn’t care much for seafood, agreed that it was delicious and well worth the money. I would come back again and again and can’t recommend this place enough. Fantastic job all around by everybody involved!

Small place with just a few tables. Tables were very very close together. Food was excellent. Wonderful sauces. Special occasion spot.

Went for Valentine's. 1st time. We had a wonderful experience. Food and Service were exceptional. It is a bit on the pricey side but well worth it. We will be back!
