Literally translating to "Trust The Chef Please", Omakase Por Favor is a new restaurant in Lincoln, CA. We combine the best of coastal Mexican cuisine and the Japanese Omakase dining experience. We offer signature oysters, ceviches, and fresh seasonal seafood along with vegetables and produce from local farms and suppliers. Join us for lunch for a quick bite from our à la carte menu, or make your reservation for dinner where you can experience a culinary journey in our omakase menu and leave all of the decision-making to our expert chefs.     I have eaten here multiple times and every dish has been outstanding, not a single miss. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. This place is a gem and we are lucky to have a place like this in Lincoln. Protect it at all costs!

    Andrew and the team here are pure magic. This was my wife and my first date since our baby girl was born and I’m so glad we went here. It’s a gem in Lincoln and I was hesitant to write a review out of fears the world will see just how spectacular this place is. We will be back, many many many more times. Thank you for being you and providing such a memorable evening.

    Great meal as always! Started with 1/2 dozen oysters, very fresh and tasted like the ocean, along with a perfect Manhattan cocktail (They have a liquor license now with an excellent bartender Andrew).Then a snow crab salad, followed by a tuna wrap and a seared scallop. Service on point and chef Jeana visited Will be back!

    Food was amazing. It was the best salad I have ever eaten. I did not know salads could be delicious. The scallops were also the best dish of the evening. Precision plating, wonderful experience.

    Andrew was an amazing server and as usual sold us on every bite of the omakase menu with amazing specificity and enthusiasm. Our favorite was the first course which was a hamachi sliced so thin with a truffle oil drizzle. The Tostada with crabmeat was my second favorite. Topping it off with the house made napoleon marshmallow was amazing finish to a wonderful dinner.
