Ometeo is bringing an elevated version of classic, comforting, & nostalgic Tex Mex cuisine to Capital One Center in Tysons, VA. Brought to you by Long Shot Hospitality, the group behind DC's hit restaurants The Salt Line and Dauphine's. Inspired by the ingredients, techniques, and heritage from West Texas down to the Gulf Coast, Ometeo's foundation is firmly rooted in Tex Mex tradition all served up in a fun and dynamic environment. The restaurant consists of multiple carefully curated dining spaces and three different bars- Main Bar, Outdoor Bar, and Cadillac Lounge Bar. Reservations are available for four distinct areas : Main Dining, Outdoor Dining, Main Bar Booths, and Cadillac Lounge. We accept Open Table reservations for groups of up to 8 people. For groups larger than 8 people, or if you have any questions about making a reservation please call the restaurant or contact us at info@ometeotexmex.com. We look forward to your visit!

Looking for a more relaxing "all bueno" vibe? Join us in our sleek stylish Cadillac Lounge Friday and Saturday nights. Reserve your lounge seating and enjoy Ometeo's signature cocktails and a delicious Cadillac Lounge menu of our signature appeteasers, tacos, and quesadillas. Starting at 9pm we turn it up a notch with "Ometeo After Dark" featuring a live DJ 9pm to midnight. (*Cadillac Lounge 21 and over only).

Sadly disappointed as we read lots of promising reviews in lead up to booking for a birthday dinner. We were routinely ignored by staff, meals came out at significantly different times without apology or reason. Drinks arrived after our meals… which we had to inquire about. And finally, table next to us had core cream and a candle brought out for their celebrant. Look, I’m not 100% into that but if you did for an adjacent table and not ours when I noted in the reservation…. Just poor form. Food wasn’t as exceptional as described. Maybe they were just having an off night.

Great food from start to finish. I had the carnitas fajitas which were fantastic -- the slightly charred slab of cheese was a very nice touch compared to the ordinary shredded cheese you get most places. Service was very attentive.

Parking is very inconvenient, especially if it’s cold and rainy.

I like the ambiance of this restaurant and have had better experiences on other visits. Our waiter this time really detracted from the experience by interrupting repeatedly and upselling an order by making it seem like I needed the large fajitas for my two young children and I. We had more than 3/4 of our food left at the end and it was enough to feed my teenage son and husband lunch at home and still have leftovers for the next day.

We had a wonderful dining experience, we enjoyed the flavors, the atmosphere, and the service. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We will be back . . .

Hello Sanjay- Thank you for dining with us and of course very disheartening to read this. Please accept our sincere apologies. We take great pride in our service, as you can see from our overall very positive service score. We would love to hear more about what the issues were and where we fell so short. I assure you we do value such feedback and do actively use it to address with the team any service issues or missteps. Was encouraging to hear that you did enjoy the food, ambience, and location so hopefully you will see fit to give us another try and give us the opportunity to prove to you that your service experience was indeed an unfortunate "off" experience and not a true and typical Ometeo experience. Food was delicious! Definitely Authentic Tex-Mex! The fajitas was spot on! The chips and salsa was also really good. I had take some home!
