We walked in and was welcomed by a great host .. we decided to sit at the bar instead of the table we booked . We had clicked with some people .The food was ok steak was dry cooked weird. When we questioned the steak amount on the bill a manger came over and said cant you read we were floored . We asked for general manager who came over like a loon spoke to us in a condescending manner and told us to get the f**k out of HIS restaurant screaming it several times causing everyone to turn and look not sure how it escalated to this point but he was so out of his mind his staff had to restrain him and take him to another area so we can leave with out any physical contact as we were both concerned for our safety so much I was on the verge of a 911 call. We have eaten at opus many time prior and NEVER had any issues unfortunately we will NEVER return . I know we are just two people but I write this in hopes Anthony Scotto gets wind of his staff’s unfortunate behavior .

Opus was a wonderful experience. The food was exceptional.! So glad they have their sushi bar back, and the service is always top-notch. Highly recommended!

The steak we ordered was horribly chewy and the new menu was not what we’re expecting as it did not have the dishes we came for after not coming for over a year.

All the food was absolutely Fantastic!! Loved everything Service was impeccable Thank you Badi for making my wife’s Birthday perfect! Could not Thank you more as well as your staff everyone was top notch! We will be back!! Great Night thanks again!

I hate to write a negative review, especially when I had high hopes for a special evening, but unfortunately, my first visit to Opus Steakhouse was far from what I expected. We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation, and despite that, we were made to wait an additional 15-20 minutes before being seated… on a Tuesday. This set the tone for the rest of the evening. Once we were finally seated, we were initially greeted by our waiter, Marcus, who was polite, attentive, and communicative. He was a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating night. However, after a short time, we were switched to several other waiters throughout the evening, which made the service feel disjointed and left us feeling neglected at times. When our food did arrive, my skirt steak was charred and inedible (had about 3 bites). The general manager did come over to ask about our meal, and I appreciated that he wanted to address the issue. He offered us a nice dessert as a replacement for the ruined steak, which seemed like a good gesture. However, since we were on the prix-fixe menu, we didn’t get to choose the dessert we wanted. What was meant to be a celebratory evening turned into a series of frustrations. Slow service, a ruined meal, and a lack of flexibility in making it right left us disappointed. This was my first time at Opus, and I had hoped for a memorable experience, but this one will be hard to forget for all the wrong reasons.

Our food (Porterhouse for two, mac and cheese, fries and chocolate cake) and drinks (Budweiser and moscato) were delicious, and our server (Aniah) was friendly and attentive. Love coming to Opus for special occasions - they always get it right!
