Osteria Alberico is a neighborhood Italian haven in Englewood, Colorado. Led by Chef Russell Stippich, the restaurant celebrates Italy’s culinary traditions with Napoletana-style pizza, rustic pastas, and rotating proteins. The inviting atmosphere features an open layout with wood-wrapped banquette seating, deep red leather booths, and a rich soapstone bar. Textures of Italy are present in the white painted brick, custom-forged brass dome light fixtures, and stained wood paneling. Osteria Alberico boasts a comprehensive beverage program, offering a curated selection of Italian wines from benchmark producers and a full bar with classic cocktails, Italian spirits, and amaro.     Osteria Alberico is somewhere between a nice dinner out and a casual pizza place. There are many high end (expensive) entre items, lovely cocktails, and staff dressed in white shirts and aprons. But there are also pizza and patrons in casual shorts and tee shirts. We went for an anniversary dinner and felt like it wasn't special enough considering the descriptions and prices on the menu we had looked at ahead of time. And we felt rushed through the entire meal - even though we were out long before the 1 1/2 hour time limit. The food was good, but not outstanding. The ravioli were quite undercooked, well before al dente, though the filling was delicious. The steak was tender but overdone after ordering it pink in the middle. We wanted to love it, but...

    Our first time here and it was exceptional. The food was delicious and our server, Liz, was top of class perfect. We thought the service in Charleston, S.C was unbeatable, but Liz proved us wrong. Well done!

    All of the dishes we had were delicious which included the ravioli, burrata, focaccia, and branzino fish. We also enjoyed our cocktails. We felt the quality of the food represented the value, however, we did feel that the focaccia bread should have been included with the burrata. The price felt steep for burrata + bread (separate order). That's my only negative feedback. Other than that, we really enjoyed and will be going back to dine again.

    A few mixups on our order but overall great service for a group of 10 of us! The market steak was not worth the cost (grizzly, fatty, not a whole lot of great meat for the price). Overall, one of my favorite spots so was very surprising that this specific visit wasn’t overwhelmingly amazing!

    Osteria Alberico is truly an experience to remember. The ambiance is beautiful, with a dim lighting that brings comfort while you dine. There’s never a moment where a server or manager is not present with guests in the dining room. Every single person was attentive, kind, respectful and truly cared that you had the best experience. The manager, Kevin, came over and personally conversed with us about what brought us in and some recommendations for other places in the area after noticing me showing a photo of their seasonal dessert on my phone to my husband and proudly naming it! The food was so excellent, I even stated to my husband, it was an “out of body experience” and almost made me cry. You can taste the love that Chef Russell has instilled in his dishes and transferred to his back of house staff to ensure is in every dish. Everything was thoughtfully crafted and not a single dish was missing anything. This was truly, the best dining experience I’ve had in my life and will always remember it. "People will forget what you do; they’ll forget what you said. But they’ll never forget how you made them feel.” Thank you Osteria Alberico team. You absolutely nailed it.

    Came with for a girls dinner and we absolutely loved every single item we had! Adam, our server, was outstanding! We asked him for suggestions and he offered to give us all of his favorites - he did not steer us wrong! We had at least one item from every section of the menu, but the stand out items for us were the inslata, focaccia, funghi pizza, ravioli, branzino, and the torta di ricotta. We certainly will be back! Only slight drawback the noise from the street on the pergola, but once you acclimatize, you barely hear it! The ambiance was gorgeous otherwise.

    Great place for authentic Italian food. Pizza is always a good choice. Rigatoni Cacio e Pepe is done to perfection. The chicken is an excellent choice for a main course, as is either of the steaks on the current menu. Their Focaccia is another good choice, always served with a tasty infused olive oil. Extensive Italian wine list to choose from. Don't miss this place!

    The food and service were really great. Ravioli and Branzino thumbs up. I wish restaurants would be more forthcoming about what they might bring out as a comp bday treat. We would not have ordered the budino had we known some Italian cookies would be coming out. The budino ended up being very mediocre.
