Excellent place to eat quality food in a relaxed environment when one stays at the hotel or coming in from the outside. The service is kind and not pushy.I love this place!

Service was ok. A bit slow. Meal came out cold (or warm). Meal could have been better. Family was disappointed.

Great little dinner with my family the other night at Pacini. Service was top notch, and food was pretty good. Had several items on the black truffle menu and was pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price point. Prices were 20-30$ and I was not disappointed in their selection of choices or the quality of the items. Started with a truffle fondue that was excellent. Creamy and rich and albeit not wildly overpowered in flavour; it was very tasty. It didn’t kill my tastebuds for my main dish which was a truffle butter pasta. Although my eyes were bigger than my stomach while ordering- my meal was delicious. The portion left over was enough for my entire lunch the next day- so very large. We did not have desert as we were too full- but our daughter had the included desert w her child meal and we tasted- very nice. While Pacini is not going to blow you away with five star dining, it was a great first time and we will definitely be back in. Our server was very nice- knowledgeable about the menu, kid friendly and approachable. Thanks Pacini!

The restaurant was quiet since we were off peak hours but the food was good and the service was pleasant.

The server that was assigned to us had way too many tables when other servers were around doing nothing and just cracking jokes and being loud

I have been to Pacini several times however this will be the last. The table was set for six although we had four people so we had extra clutter on the table that we didn't need. The floor around and under our table was FILTHY. There was bread, spaghetti and napkins that no one thought to clean up after the previous guests. We had extra chairs tucked into the side of our table (to get them out of the way). The server was friendly but not very efficient. We had to ask to order drinks and refills. The food was horrible, it was cold which was unacceptable after 75 minutes at the table, especially when we ordered two pizzas and two pastas. The bread bar was out of mostly everything, which happens but why do you not have staff monitoring this? There was nothing pleasant about this meal, will not be back.
