    I was traveling with my girlfriends. There were eight of us. The server was most gracious and accommodating. She was the best part of the whole experience. We were in the bar area, which is the nicest part right now as the dining room is completely vacant of any table. The menu is super limited. the quality of the food just wasn’t that great for the price.

    The main restaurant has gorgeous views of the water. You pay for the view, not for the high quality food. We had reservations but were placed in a side room that had no ambience- the room was half empty of tables, no decor on the table, not even a candle. I chalk that up to poor management.

    Staff is awesome! They’re friendly and efficient. The food is good but pricey. It’s always so cold in the restaurant. They need more staff. It’s a lot of waiting.

    We were pleasantly surprised to discover that Packer was offering the pre-fixe menu for Christmas Day dinner. It was nice not having to drive all the way down to Bellingham.

    First time customers. What a great place to eat for a special occasion. The scallops were great, so was the battered fish and chips. We were there for dinner after dark, it would be nice to come by some time during the day for lunch.

    Our Thanksgiving dinner at Packers was one of the best I've had. The turkey roulade was tender and moist, the dressing and sides were all delicious. The brussel sprout salad with goat cheese, cranberries and pumpkin seed was unusual, refreshing and delicious. The choice of pumpkin or pecan pie was a nice change for those of us who are fond of pumpkin pie. Service was very helpful and friendly and of course, the view never disappoints. We ate at Packers for breakfast and another dinner during our stay at Semiahmoo and enjoyed every meal. We look forward to going back.

    Don’t order the steak! We ordered it medium rare and it was served well done. I’ve had better steaks at Denny’s! We were never offered if we wanted a refill on our drinks. Besides that, the service was very friendly and welcoming. There are beautiful views, but the prices do not match up with the quality of the food. I ordered the steamers and the clams and mussels were very chewy and overcooked. If only their food was as good as their positive atmosphere!

    Here for a work/leisure trip and this is the second time I ate at the Packers. Love the foods here. Service are great and ambiance just perfect!
