Award Winning Paco Tapas is named after chef Peter Sanchez-Iglesias’ father, Paco, who is from Seville. The restaurant is deeply rooted in Spanish tradition and family heritage.

Located by the Bathurst Basin, Paco Tapas features dark walls, exposed brick, and sherry barrel tables, creating the perfect atmosphere for sharing plates with friends and family.

Our menu showcases a selection of classic interpretations and seasonal tapas dishes made with the finest ingredients, including Cornish day boat fish, deep-sea Carabineros from the Mediterranean Sea, and Amela tomatoes from Granada.

To complement the food, we offer a carefully curated selection of sherry, wines, and cocktails.

At Paco Tapas, we aim to create a fun and approachable dining experience, focusing on great ingredients and even better memories. Inspired by the legacy of Paco himself, our restaurant is a tribute to Spanish warmth, flavour, and hospitality.

El sabor auténtico de la mejor comida española. El equipo de cocina sabe muy bien lo que hace. Es una suerte para nosotros como andaluces poder disfrutar de nuestra comida de siempre en Bristol, y cocinada con un gusto inmejorable. Sin duda, 100% del mejor sabor español. Las camareras y los camareros han sido realmente muy simpáticos y serviciales. Siempre con una sonrisa, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Sin duda, Paco Tapas es un rinconcito con sabores muy nuestros, muy del sur.

Paco Tapas es un lugar acogedor que ofrece la mejor calidad y un servicio impecable por parte de un gran equipo de profesionales. Un lujo con estrella Michelín del que podemos disfrutar en Bristol los amantes de las buenas tapas. Con ganas de volver!!!!

Really cannot recommend this place. Food was ok but extremely over priced for what you get. Smoked almonds were not smokey and a little stale. £26 for two gambas that were just ok. Beef was ok but at £35 for 100g not worth the money. Manchego with honey was lacking honey but cheese was lovely. Napkins are cheap waxy paper in a container on the table. When we asked for proper napkins we were told it was Spanish style. A restaurant charging those prices in Spain would have proper napkins, you would expect that style of napkins in a bar in Spain were the Tapas are free.

very nice setting and very good service. food presentation very good and served in excellent timing without hurry or waiting. Can recommend for good mealtime experience

Nice food. Bit pricey. The table we were sat at was very Smokey, too close to the kitchen, eyes felt like they were burning by the end. Would be best to sit away from the kitchen.

What a special experience that was the tuna the prawns of the highest quality and the fillet steak the taste out of this planet everything on top floor staff friendly and accommodating Couldn’t have done more amazing Detail fantastic definitely be re turning recommendations to all my foodie followers
