   Buen servicio,rápido y eficaz, déjate aconsejar, hablan español,tienes botella de vino tinto desde 24&, postres mejorables. Reserva imprescindible. Para volver, beef bourmignon excelente

   Palm Court is one of our favourite restaurants. This dining experience, however, was unfortunate. Inattentive service....we waited quite a while to be served.....asked for wine with the meal....it didn't show until after we finished. Lastly, no toilet rolls in the loo. So what a way to finish up. Called to report this to to manager. She offered an insincere 'sorry" and seemed not to really care. Even McDonalds has loo rolls. This was a poor finish to what was a great day out. Overall this was uncoordinated, sloppy service, poor hygiene and topped off by uncaring staff. They can say "Thank you" all that they want, as you exit however, if the experience isn't excellent, it means nothing.

   Having eaten here before and had a lovely time we were very disappointed. Placed at the back of the restaurant despite other free tables nearer the front and daylight. The food service was quick but food itself was pretty average. Had to ask for someone to take a drinks order and as per other reviewsit all felt rushed. Overall, a bit underwhelming and we will try somewhere else next time

   Palm Court Brasserie is an absolute must whenever we are in Covent Garden. It’s advisable to book as it is VERY popular and rightly so. Food, ambience and service are excellent.

   Excellent, attentive service from the moment we arrived . Friendly professional staff, quick service and delicious food. The whole dining experience was heightened by the fact that I had mentioned it was a birthday in my booking email. We were greeted with a happy birthday, which was lovely. Then even though we didn't order a pudding they presented us with a lovely creme brulee, a candle and a handwritten card, signed by all the staff. Going above and beyond. Very impressive 👏

    Fabulous menu and delicious food. The team are si friendly abd our waiter made such a huge effort to look after us The birthday card was very thoughtful A lovejy touch . Gorgeous restaurant in a beautiful location
