    We went to celebrate a birthday. The entrees were very well prices, but the drinks were pricy (especially the mocktails). The appetizers were small portions. They do a great job celebrating events- with sparklers

    I was very impressed with this place. Went after a show at the DSO and it was amazing! Decorated so beautifully for the holiday season. The service was outstanding and the food was magnificent.

    What was once a great restaurant seemingly is no more. Went in yesterday and there’s was maybe 2 other tables sat. It took 40 minutes to get our drinks and reminding them 3 times! Take your money elsewhere.

    Ambiance is great! Service is great. The appetizers were great. Main wasnt worth the prices. My dish was good my husbands was bland.

    Went to PAO for my birthday and had an experience over and beyond what I was expecting. Every single dish we ate was spot on, the drinks were well balanced and the staff did a sparkler celebration when bringing out my dessert. Would recommend to anyone with a special occasion. Staff was also very nice and accommodating.

    First, your reservation tells me to be 15 minutes early or I will be charged. We arrived 15 minutes early, mind you it is 9 degrees and snowing. We were seen standing outside, no one came to acknowledge us. Once inside; our server was less than personable. All she wanted to know was, “what’s your order and do you want dessert?” This is very disappointing, as we live this restaurant. Management, please do a “coaching moment” with your staff:

    My boyfriend and I came to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and unfortunately we did not have the best experience. The service was slow and confusing. My meal came out 20 minutes before my boyfriend’s, they brought him a drink he didn’t order, took it back, and left it on the bill. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the server to remove it. Then valet took about 30/35 minutes to just come back because they were talking in the parking lot. Then another 10 minutes to bring my car up. 45 minutes for valet when we were the only ones there…not ideal. I’ll say this, the food was good and the vibes were good, it’s definitely a good spot for a birthday, however the service could be improved.
