This was my second time going and it continues to get even better. The greeting you are given is so awesome and the attentiveness of our waitress was phenomenal. Another wonderful experience!

The ambiance at the restaurant was quite nice, with pleasant music playing in the background, creating a relaxing atmosphere. However, I was disappointed to find that the glass and silverware were dirty, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the restaurant seemed understaffed, as I had to wait over 30 minutes before anyone came to ask what I wanted. Due to these issues, I probably won't be returning.

Our serve was not attentive at all luckily the table next to us had a great serve and she was helping us out as well. Our actual server didn’t pay much attention to anything until after we paid in all $100s and decided he wanted to be lovely..

My recent New Year’s Eve dining experience at Paparazzi Chophouse was, unfortunately, underwhelming, despite some commendable efforts by the staff. Valet Service: Upon arriving, the valet staff seemed unprepared and unresponsive, setting a less-than-ideal tone for the evening. After waiting without acknowledgment, we inquired about their availability, only to be met with a dismissive attitude. Initial Impression: Upon entering, the venue was still being prepared for the evening, which was understandable. We were courteously offered water and seated at the bar, where we enjoyed the ambiance and music. The staff checked on us frequently during this time, which was appreciated. Menu Clarity and Accommodations: The reservation process did not make it clear that the evening featured a preset menu. As a vegetarian, I was disappointed to find no vegetarian options available. However, the general manager went above and beyond, having the chef prepare a custom mushroom risotto, which was excellent and greatly appreciated. Service and Execution: Despite the staff’s courteous demeanor, the kitchen appeared disorganized. Several tables, including ours, experienced delays, and some dishes, such as the lamb chops, were improperly prepared. It was evident that many patrons were returning dishes for various reasons. The social manager and waitress were apologetic, emphasizing that this was not reflective of their typical standards. Conclusion: While I appreciated the attentiveness and efforts to accommodate my dietary needs, the overall experience was marred by inefficiencies and a lack of organization. I’m uncertain whether I would return, as the evening did not align with the high standards I expect from an establishment of this caliber.

I came here for my bday dinner and the experience and food was subpar. I was not impressed with the food and even though the waiter was nice he wasn’t very attentive. The drinks were not good either. They should have never replaced Harpers with this place because the food and service was way better.

I was able to pre celebrate my birthday. The area was very nice, ambience was great. Loved the playlist while everyone and Jame and eat while still having class. Food was surprisingly great although not hot as I would like but no major complaints. Drinks were great as well. Our waiter was excellent and even surprised me with a birthday dessert and sparklers which I was not expecting. I will return back for sure. I initially was scheduled to have my dinner on that Saturday but was cancelled with no notice so I did have to call and find out why which the young lady was able to tell me that someone had booked the entire restaurant. It would have been nice if the reason could have been included or a posting on one of the social media accounts … and then perhaps some type of accommodation or free item for the inconvenience.

Took my sister out for her birthday and had a great time. The food was amazing and we definitely enjoyed the evening out on town. My only issue was with my reservation. One week prior I booked our dinner for 2 at 6:00. And when we got there our reservation wasn’t honored this was after confirmation. We were not seated at a table for two, but sat in the lounge bar area. Now this would be great but we don’t drink and the seating was next to another group. None of this ruined our evening and we still very much enjoyed ourselves. But when you book a reservation and confirm that reservation. You expect it to be honored.

El Dorado Margarita 7/10 - it was missing the Grand Mariner floater Streetcar with cognac 3/10 - weak and overpriced ($25) Coconut shrimp 10/10 Catfish with grits 6/10 - fish was bland Honey fried chicken 7/10 - collard greens were bland Lobster Mac & Cheese 10/10 Brussel sprout 9/10 Bourbon Pecan pie 0/10 - just get rid of it Automatically adding gratuity for a part of two - SHOCKING! but didn't complain because we planned to give it anyway. The service was great. Music was loud but good. Definitely a party/club vibe.
