Parallel brings together the experience and background of the three Ozery brothers, Alon, Guy, and Aharon, to create this unique space and product.
“We grew up in a home where sesame butter (tahini) was consumed regularly alongside flavourful Mediterranean cuisine. Parallel was born from our history and love for sesame butter. It’s part of our culture and upbringing, and we want to share that with you.
There are few ingredients that are as versatile, nutritious, and just as damn tasty as sesame butter. That’s why we decided to make it in all its forms: try it in our dressings, salads, dips, bowls, and our famous homemade halva, and seed what is possible.
The three of us share a passion for simple meals with fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and innovative techniques. That, along with our love for good coffee, art, music, and community, is what shapes the Parallel experience.”

    Well managed restaurant. Great staff!! Very professional and personal at the same time! Food is fresh and yummy. Very recommend and definitely going back soon.

    amazing selection of foods for a group of pescatarian and great service. we ordered the 4 meze dip and they accidently gave the wrong dip. the servers apologized and gave us our original order while still letting us keep the one they delivered. little kindness goes a long way

    As always we had a fantastic meal at Parallel. Brunch was shashouka , challah and egg and quiche all were excellent. The servers were attentive and friendly. Overall a great brunch.

    Great food and a chill vibe! I always enjoy my time here. It’s perfect for a date night or grabbing a bite with friends. Highly recommend!

    Parallel never disappoints! It's one of our favourite middle eastern joints to go to. We've introduced it to our friends and they have all appreciated the food just as much. Lots of vegetarian options to pick from which is a big plus for us. Highly recommend the parallel salad, savoury knafeh, and their falafel. All of their meze dips are recommended. House lemonades are quite good too!

    One of my favorite spots in Toronto. My go to spot when friends & family are visiting us. It never dissappoints! Food is AMAZING! Their Falafels are the best in town. And service is always GREAT!
