Park Bistro is in the Saint Streets area of Lafayette Louisiana and was founded by Chef Peter Cooke. Coming from New York City, Peter is excited to bring his elevated cuisine to the area. Have been wanting to try. Was cozy for a Valentine's Day lunch. Food was delicious, service was fabulous. Already made a reservation for next week for dinner with friends.

As always, Park Bistro was incredibly enjoyable. My wife and I sat at the bar and received great service from the Bartender, Allie. Food is tremendous.

I thought it was a little loud considering the size of the restaurant. There were five of us and we had a hard time having a conversation without screaming. Maybe turn the column down on the music. 2/5 are older ladies and a bit hard of hearing. My only complaint. The food was great.
