Park is a backcountry lodge-inspired craft distillery in the heart of Downtown Banff. Gather 'round for campfire-inspired cuisine and wood-fired rotisserie specialties paired with our award-winning small-batch spirits distilled in-house. We are the only distillery located in a Canadian National Park so don't miss our free daily distillery tours for an exclusive look into our boutique distillery, where we hand-mill, hand-mash and hand-distill to preserve the purity of our ingredients. Our spirits are like no other in the world, because there is no other place in the world like Banff.

    Our server, Josh was terrific. The food not so grea except for the cornbread which was very good. Our meals came out luke warm. They took them back and warmed them up and they were better but I really don't think we'll return. Thanks Josh for being so friendly and going the extra mile. We really appreciated it. Just not our type of place.

    The food is delicious and the service was great. This restaurant has a cool vibe and lots of vegetarian options. I would say that this is one of the best places to eat in Banff.

    We had a great lunch, Pilar, our server, was wonderful. When I come back I will ask for her. Everything was fantastic. Well done Park.

    I recommend the Sawback, a little spicy and not sweet. And the salmon was absolutely perfectly cooked

    We had a reservation and were sat next next to the door despite asking for another table and there being other tables open. The hostess was dismissive. Once seated, we waited for 15 minutes before the server came. We ordered rinks and some cornbread to start. Waited 20 minutes for the drinks and 30 for the cornbread. The food was just OK - rotisserie chicken was dry but flavorful, burger was mediocre. There are plenty of better places to go in Banff - I recommend you skip this place.

    Everything was excellent!! Food and cocktails was absolutely amazing and the price was excellent. We are a large group and everything came out quickly and cooked perfectly. Will definitely be a regular dining spot for us in Banff.

    This was the perfect place for dinner on a Wednesday evening – it wasn't busy and we were seated right away, even though we were early for our reservation. We ordered the Sawback (spicy pineapple) and hard root beer cocktails and they were great. For dinner, we had the rotisserie chicken sandwich and the bison burger, and the portions were huge and the food was amazing. The fries are super crispy. Highly recommend!
