   Great food, service and ambience!! Highly recommend dining at Parma!! Celebrated a family milestone - was not disappointed by Tony and his staff.

   Place is modern and new. However... Cocktails were $20+? Focaccia was hard and dry. For the sardine pasta to be their popular dish, it did not live up to the expectations with a sliver of sardine on top. Disappointed in the food quality and portions. Will not be coming back.

   What an amazing evening we had a Parma in Hamilton! This restaurant is absolutely incredible with a setting that is tasteful and elegant . The food was beyond delicious from appetizers to dessert. Everything we had was so fresh and homemade. The service was perfect, very attentive but not intrusive. It really was a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this place!

   From the moment I walked in, our waitress was so nice to us. We were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. The food at this restaurant was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was fresh, with high-quality ingredients that showcased the essence of Italian cuisine. We ordered the burrata as a starter then the garganelli pasta. With our first bite of the pasta my husband and I automatically looked at each other and asked what it reminded us of and it was being back in Italy at a restaurant that we went too off the Almalfi Coast. Every bite I took felt like we were back in Italy. It was evident, that the chefs put their heart and soul into creating such delicious dishes. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was truly memorable. The delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and friendly staff all contributed to a dining experience that felt like I was back in Italy. I can't wait to return and indulge in more of their dishes. I highly recommend trying Parma for your next lunch or dinner outing. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the perfect for a meal with friends or family. Grazie mille per un pranzo meraviglioso.

   We had a great dinner at Parma for Valentine’s Day. Our server Vanessa was awesome. The service here is top notch. Something as simple as coat check is very nice! The food was very good, perfect portions and good value. We were shocked by the generous lamb portion. There are a lot Italian spots in the area but this place stands out.

   Follow your Google Map to find this spot as the only thing missing from the entire dining experience was the outdoor sign! A small sign near the door was all there was to identify this amazing new spot, but once you're inside it's pure dining joy. We were greeted upon walking in... sat in the front window (which we love). Small-ish wine list but enough to find something for every palate. They still had the Valentine's specials on, but we came for specific items on the regular menu - which was 100% delicious. Although the portion size of the appetizer was very small - Bruschetta was literally like one piece of bread cut in half, it was delicious. But not enough as a "shareable" - for the price, put 2 on the plate please! Entree pastas were both spectacular though! Rigatoni alla Genovese was rich and yummy; and the Agnolotti was extremely light and super flavourful. Kudos to the Chef for these pasta dishes!! Sadly we did not have time for dessert ... but we will indulge in that on our next visit! Rating would be 9/10! A definite "must go to" in Hamilton!!

    Food was excellent and service was great . It was Valentine’s Day and parking was a problem but the owner was very helpful in finding us a parking spot. Highly recommended.
