For our ninth Monday Regional, we're shining the spotlight on Lombardia. 4-course set menu // Price $75. Special selection of wines from Lombardia on consumption. Joining us is Stefano Manfredi. 4-course set menu // Price $75. Stefano Manfredi is known fondly in Australia as the ‘godfather’ of modern Italian cuisine. He has made his mark as a chef, restaurateur, successful cookbook and food writer, Italian wine and food educator, and an ambassador of seasonality and sustainability. Born in the Lombardy, he settled in Australia with his family in 1961. In 1983, he opened The Restaurant Manfredi. You may also know Stefano from his latest ventures (Espresso Manfredi, Manfredi at Bells or Osteria Balla Manfredi at The Star).

For 7 or more people we required to dine on a set menu. Menu includes: antipasti, primi, contorni and dolce. The set menu is made up of items available on the regular menu at the time of the reservation. 10% service surcharge will be included on final bill. Dietary requirements will aim to be met but require at least 24 hours notice to allow for ordering and preparation of special items.
