   Server was good, but had too many tables. Food was OK, but not exceptional. Noise level was too high to carry on conversations at table. Being attached to a mall, parking was hard to find. Not a great value for Chinese food.

   The restaurant DOES NOT LOOK at the Open Table platform, we were told by the hostess, so the reservation was useless. Food was terrible at best

   The food was great, the service was pretty bad. The waiter forgot half our appetizers. Took a drink away and never brought it back. Took plates/forks, we had to ask for new. Dropped off a piece of cheesecake for a birthday, no forks. We waited 10 minutes and had to ask the bar for forks. Getting drink refills was super slow. The restaurant wasn’t that busy.

   Food was great, a little on the spicy side compared to what we’ve had at other locations. Our server Shaun was amazing, we’ll be sure to ask for a table in his area again.

   They did not have my reservation, Aad we were going to sit in a less-nice place, before I pulled off the reservation to argue about it. The waiter was very nice, but the food that I remembered from years before was nothing like today’s. It was less quality. I miss the old P.F. Chang’s.

   We had a difficult time using a free appetizer promotion sent via email and birthday promo as part of the account holder's birthday promotion. If it wasn't enough, we noticed long hair in our lettuce wrap stuffing. Our waiter called the manager on duty. Before the manager arrived at our table, he was briefed on the situation, but his first question to us was, "What seems to be a problem?" like he dint know anything. Anyway, he didn't even attempt to express a word of apology on behalf of the kitchen or restaurant. He pulled the dish away from the table and said he'd take it off the check (which he should have anyway as we didn't even eat a bite from the dish. He acted as it was out fault that we found 2-feet long hair in our dish.

   The hostess and waitress were super nice and friendly. The waitress was great about getting us what we wanted and making suggestions. I enjoyed my visit there.

   They let you book a rsvp that they can’t do in the time slots that they have available n made u wait for over 30mins with a rsvp and make it to it is your error not there’s

    Had the sesame chicken, honey chicken and Buddha feast which were all delicious. Service was very slow but I overheard the server say they had some call off today so short staffed. Not her fault, she did the best she could.
