Our appetizers came out after our entrée had already been eaten. They said that they did not have enough soup and had to make more egg drop soup is on the menu every single day all the time and they did not have enough apparently. They told us it would be seven or eight minutes and it was over 25 minutes before the soup even came and we still got charged for it after we had already eaten our meal. Service was absolutely horrendous. Husband had to get up and go find somebody to refill his soda. Server never came back to check on anything. Food was delicious though.

We hadn’t been there in a long time. Still good. Surprised us by the cost of $95 for 2 with 2 drinks, 1 appetizer, 1 soup, and 2 entrees. A bit heavy on MSG. Great service. We would certainly come back.

despite having a reservation through OpenTable, and confirming that reservation ahead of time, the hostess insisted we did not have a reservation. Even when I showed it to her, she said there was some kind of mistake. The restaurant was nearly empty and only had one server working. We had to wait quite a long time and then decided to eat at the bar. The bartender was the only one who provided good service. The hostess said several times that we must be at the wrong location. Despite me pulling up the reservation and reciting the address to her. it was frustrating and demonstrated a lack of customer service.

Used to go to P.F. Chang's quite a bit while I traveled for work, it now seeems that the menu has gotten smaller, the portions smaller and prices higher.

It was dissapointing to have to wait for 5 minutes when they were most of the tables empty. After i said i had a reservation the hostess offered a table instead of a booth even though i can see booths available in the section where they were serving.
