Chelsea is a star. Such great service and personality. The lunch bowls are a great value although the protein is a very small amount. I love their egg drop soup - way more flavorful than other restaurants. The new chicken teriyaki is super sweet and I wouldn’t get it again. The lettuce wraps are yummy and are available on happy hour.

Pricey (over $100 w/tip). Low quality food for a PF Chang's chain. Mongolian Beef tough; Crispy Honey Shrimp mushy; Lettuce Wraps overcooked but served with crispy lettuce.

Still the best lettuce wraps ! Some entrees have changed since the original days but overall I still enjoy going there for the classic entrees.

Great food and excellent service. We love the Gluten-free Chang’s Spicy Chicken and always have the Gluten-free Chocolate Soufflé.

Bad quality food, very oily, the green tea was cold, we asked the waiter to get us hot tea, it was lukewarm again.

Has a great lunch. Opted for healthier options like light sauce, salad with dressing on the side, and brown rice. Their brown rice is fluffy, not stiff like some ancient grains. Lunch specials are a value, otherwise the food can be expensive. Chelsea was fantastic. She’s friendly, attentive and very competent. Chelsea made us feel welcome and important. I like how they have a nutritional menu to help me make better decisions. Will definitely return for lunch.
