PF Chang was great. But they never received our reservation through open table, so we needed to wait while they set one up. Had we been a half hour later there would not have been as by seating for our group.

We were seated right away and were provided fantastic service. They definitely made sure they were staffed for the Valentine’s Day rush.

Our waiter was Zach who was attentive, kind and personable. He paid attention to the details and took care of our every need while we were there. We enjoyed our meal as well. Will definitely go back. I

Our server Max was amazing. Attentive and available and very upbeat. The food was disappointing. The green beans (appetizer) were were supposed to be crispy. They were not. The chicken lettuce wraps recipe must have been changed because it didn’t taste the same at all. My miso salmon was overcooked. They were out of brown rice (during the week??). My husband did love the spicy orange chicken. Max also brought out a birthday treat for our daughter which was nice

We had a 6:15 reservation and when we arrived they said it would be an additional 30-45 minutes before we could be seated. Very disappointed since we met friends there for dinner and had to go elsewhere.

This was a rough one. To start they did not have our reservation, got sat about 10 minutes late so not a big deal. Services was very sketchy: no plates with the two appetizers, forgot our cucumber salad. Food came out very late but was good as per the usual, table next to us had the same experience. Took another 20 minutes to get and pay our bill. Might go local next time

Although I reserved through Open Table and had the reservation on my phone when we arrived we were told we didn't have a reservation. We had to wait for a table to become available.

First time at PF Changs. Went NYE. Our food was unfortunately very bland. Everything from apps to dessert. Pretty disappointing. Not bad but just no taste. Very cool place and the service was really good. Just quite disappointed in all the food.

We started with hot and sour soup, I liked their old style soup recipe better. It is still good but not the same. Next we had chicken lettuce wraps with s glass of wine and then Firecracker shrimp. The shrimp dish is very good. Will was our server and was very pleasant.
