We had a very nice outing with family! Our server was very nice and attentive. The food was superb. A great evening celebrating a birthday.

P.F. Chang’s has dramatically improved over the last year. I stopped going there after the pandemic as the quality had really declined. Recently went back and they are better than ever with many new entrees and improved food quality.

As usual an enjoyable dinner. Hunter was a great waiter. Most all food was good as usual (Chang’s Spicy Chicken, fried rice with shrimp-a little too oily-spring rolls) The recipe for egg drop soup has been changed I believe. Use to be thicker (perhaps with egg yolk added?) and had little pieces of pork and green onions in it. Last three visits has been clear broth and egg white—pretty tasteless. Use to love it. Not anymore.

Difficult time claiming my Open Table reservation - should have left then! Finally seated and waited a good 10 to 15 minutes before server acknowledged my presence. I was collecting my belongings to leave when he finally asked if I were ready to order! Ordered beverage, soup and entree. Waited some more… beverage and soup arrived and I requested crisp wonton strips to go with soup. Almost finished soup before they arrived. And so it continued until I paid. Server very chatty with a couple of tables which caused lack of service to myself and others.

Service was absolutely horrible. We waited at the table for over 20 minutes before our waitress came around to take our drink order. Our food took forever to come out. We had to get up and grab the pitchers of water and tea to refill our own drinks.

This is one of the restaurant we visit as often as we can. The food is super good, plenty of it, and waiters/waitress are the best.

We dined on a Saturday right after they opened. The restaurant was fairly quiet and not very packed. Our waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu, and he was very polite.
