Horrible experience, booked a reservation for Valentines Day only to arrive and be told there’s an hour wait. Unacceptable.

I informed the restaurant the reason for our visit was a 50th birthday. However, nothing was done. No well wishes or dessert. But the table next to us received a happy birthday and free dessert. Very disappointing after driving two hours to eat there.

Elijah, the waiter was very pleasant and gave us the best customer experience. My friend and I enjoyed our meal and the service. Elijah told us about the new menu options coming up soon. We will be back to try them.

PF Chang’s no longer will allow a change to the menu like they have in the past. Ie:Ask for Mongolian chicken which was never on the menu but a substitution could be made.

Sat right away was great. Place was empty Table was dirty and sticky. Place settings had food on them Food was okay

Hard to find good Chinese food. PF version is tasty and generally well prepared. Nothing special but ok for a chain.
