Tangela! You need to request her. This is quite the experience but the only reason is the professionalism of the person taking ownership of your experience. And she does. She is graceful and efficient. We love her attention and her demeanor. She is patient. Just sneaking in those appetizers when you get seated and puts in your order right away. We have alot of respect for that high level of care as we are physicians and have to do it every day. She is amazing and we want to honor her.

The menu has been changed and minimized relatively recently it seems. It’s just not the same P.F. Chang’s as it used to be. The new rewards program seems great but then the rewards coupons say one thing but then you get there and they tell you something else.

Beautiful dining room & bar. Fab employees & excellent menu choices. Always wonderful presentation & oh so tastee. Enjoyed 3 course lunch meal for $19.00 pp..enough to take home. Enjoy PFC anytime we make it to Grapevine.

SK was a wonderful and attentive server… he made our lunch experience very enjoyable. Our meal was delicious… highly recommend the lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef. This is our favorite PF Chang’s location… highly recommend!

Consistently good food. Mango iced tea is a treat. Servers are really on their game. We are regulars because of the above.

We made a big mistake going to that location. The table we were placed was next to a lady who was watching a movie in her cell phone with high volume. We asked to change our table and everything went down the hill from there. Our waiter was upset, he did not visit us in our new table for about 20mins. I walked to the lobby and asked to get someone’s attention. We were assigned another waiter. Food was average, none of us asked for a togo box and a good restaurant would ask what was wrong with it when diners do not touch the food! Overall condition of the restaurant was not that good either. Looks old, tables are not clean, some trash below the tables. Will not go back and do not recommend it!

Over the years the food quality and prep has gone downhill but every 3 or 4 months we try it again to see if things have improved. Unfortunately, they have not and this time was our last time dinning here. We ordered the fried green beans to start and they were overcooked and a greasy mess. My husband ordered honey shrimp and our server made an offer of white, brown, or fried rice on the side. My husband requested the fried rice that had an up charge of $4.50 which our server never bothered to mention at the time (noticed it when the check came). My husband would have ordered it anyway but it would have been appropriate for the server to let a customer know this. I ordered chicken lo mien, another greasy mess overloaded with what I assume was soy sauce because it was so salty tasting, I could not eat it. Our server went to the table behind us a couple of times and my husband tried to wave at him to get his attention so I could send the entree back. Since we could not get our servers attention, I went to the hostess stand and asked that they send the server to our table. When he arrived, I asked to get some fried rice instead he said he had already re-ordered the chicken lo mein. I told him I wanted an order of fried rice. The server was very short with me and did not want to listen to my request. He left abruptly, came back and put our check on the table. No, sorry how can I make this right by the server, and no manager bothered to come to the table. My husband finished his meal and we left.
