My experience was completely unacceptable. I had a 7:15 reservation, yet by 8:00, I was still waiting and informed there were 16 parties ahead of me. This is a blatant disregard for your customers’ time and expectations. Why accept reservations if you have no intention of honoring them? Christmas Eve was ruined because of your poor management, and I will never return. Unfortunately, it’s clear this behavior will continue—overbooking reservations while accepting walk-ins with no regard for those who planned ahead. This level of incompetence is inexcusable.

We had reservations for 6:45, at 8:15 we still hadn’t been seated. Terrible management of their reservations. We told them we were leaving at 8:15 when they told us it would probably be another 30-40 minutes.

Waited over an hour with a reservation. We asked how much longer and they told us there were 17 parties in front of us. Had made the reservation well in advance, it being Christmas Eve. Very disappointing. We left without dinner and went home.

Our Christmas Eve experience at PF Chang’s was absolutely unacceptable. We made a reservation one week in advance, received multiple confirmation messages during the week, and expected a smooth and enjoyable evening. Instead, the restaurant was packed, and despite arriving on time, we waited over 45 minutes after eating without ever being seated. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s complete indifference. They seemed unfazed and unconcerned about running over an hour late with reservations. No apologies, no updates, and no effort to make things right. We finally left because it was clear they didn’t value our time or business. For a brand like PF Chang’s, this level of mismanagement and poor customer care is shocking. I won’t be returning anytime soon and wouldn’t recommend dining here, especially on a busy occasion.

Waitress and our food was good. The only problem was we had a reservation at 5:30 but they did not seat us until 6:20. If they can figure this problem out they will earn more stars,

Overall good Waitress was attentive We enjoyed it. It’s become sort of a Christmas Eve tradition

Service and staff were outstanding. Food portion was incredibly small for the price and upgraded. Lo mein was just plain noodles with no flavor.

The Honey chicken was ok. It was a light batter it seemed more harder that I am use to. The low end Chinese restaurant do it better. of Changs need to work on quality. I didn’t even take a to go box home. Will try something else next time. So all is not lost

We were celebrating my birthday and PF Chang’s definitely showed out for me! I was given a fancy placemat, gold metal chopsticks, table confetti, and a signed birthday card from the staff. And a piece of the Great Wall of chocolate cake for dessert! The food was delicious as always but the extra special attention to detail for my birthday made the meal with family that much better. 🥳
