I had not been to this restaurant before, but we took my son and his wife for family celebration. He had a great time. I was not happy though, as despite my reservation we still waited 20 min for our table in the dirty windblown foyer. We were escorted to our table, past several uncleared/empty tables. Our frazzled waiter did his best. Food was very tasty, hot and nicely plated. Poor job by dining room manager.

Our server was very nice food was hot and fresh we had one undercooked wonton and they were very kind and fast to fix it even when we declined I would recommend this P.F. Chang's over most other locations

Service could have been a bit more friendlier. Food was outstanding! Bar drinks were not made well unfortunately. Had to send it back twice. Drink still wasn’t good

Service on the patio is as an absolute disaster! We had paid for refillable drinks - had to ask the server 4 times for a refill Food items were also not delivered together. One item was forgotten I would hesitate to return

Food was good, but unfortunately, the service was lacking. Our waiter possibly had a hearing problem, because he got several things on our order wrong (missed items, wrong items). He also didn't return my credit card with the receipts, which I did not realize until I had returned home (out of state). I had to call PF Changs to make sure that they had my credit card, which they'd did, and ask them to destroy it because I already put a lock on it and had a new one on the way.

Very quiet at 5pm. Server got to use right away and was wonderful! Food was great!
