Overall pleasantly surprised. Haven’t been since after Covid. Food then was terrible. Nice new menu changes. My food wasn’t hot but the taste and presentation was good. Service was great. We will try it again

So disappointed PF Chang’s used to be one of my favorite go to spots for basic Chinese food. They continue to try to tweak the menu to my dismay; so every time I find dish that I like it’s not offered the next time I go there , which is on average every six weeks . not anymore. The prices have been raised as substantially, not the portions. The service is consistent. However, I can find other restaurants for these prices that offer a more choices of meals I would be interested in eating. The ones they did leave on menu, are not anything to write home about, so disappointed !

We sat at the bar for Happy Hour - great drinks & food. Chase was a great bartender & very friendly.

We have been here twice and both times there was no host and had to wait quite a while before someone came. The food is awesome but the service needs help.

The lettuce wraps were good, but the sweet-and-sour chicken and the fried rice were extremely dry. The Mongolian beef was very chewy.

The new owner has changed things. The menu has changed, and food preparation and amount have changed, and not for the better. Also, the servers are required to do certain things that make it different from what we have come to expect, like automatically placing to-go boxes and bags at your table when you are served food. It makes you feel hurried. I didn't find the experience and food to be as good as previous years. I won't be as anxious to return soon, as I have been for many years.
