   Food and service is what to expect from other Piano Piano Restos. Completely different vibe than the OG. If you want a quieter, more family oriented experience, this is the place to be!

   Excellent service really good chopped salad and wonderful decor. A hidden and much needed gem on blow west.

   Nice restaurant overal. Decor is nice, waiter was slow, food was okay. Chop salad was too tangy, bolognese and ala vodka were great. Lobster pasta dish is not worth it whatsoever. Minimal lobster bland sauce

   Piano piano is our favourite, reliable spot for a great dinner out. We tried the new Bloor location and it was 10/10. The upstairs dining room was cosy and comfortable and the food was amazing per usual.

   Food was decent, but not spectacular just average for mid-high priced Italian. Service started good but mid way through asked for a second glass of wine. Never received it but was charged for it 🤔 Server asked if we wanted dessert, said in a few minutes as we hand literally just finished eating. To which she responded “we need your table in 30 minutes “! The table beside us was seated before we arrived & were leisurely talking….no rushing them out. So we quickly decided on dessert & after 20 minutes had to flag someone down to order it. Quickly ate it & left since we felt rushed out. All the while the table beside us was still there talking but not eating or drinking, wtf!!! Although food was relatively decent fairly certain I won’t return to be rushed out again. Many, many other places with comparable food that would be happy for your business.

    I initially dined here two weeks prior and was not happy with the service. I had ordered appetizers with a friend which did come quickly however our mains did not arrive until an hour and half since we had been seated. The other tables seated after us also received their mains before our table. Our waiter at the time did not come back to check on us so we had to flag down another server who was kind enough to check on the status of our meals which still came an hour and a half later. I decided to give Piano Piano another chance as I’ve tried the other locations and loved them but again was disappointed. The server had spilled my friends drink and did not apologize or wipe the table. Our pastas (Lobster Fusilli and Canestri alla Vodka) did come in a good time but lacked any flavour which was also unfortunate. Overall both experiences were not good and I will not be returning to this location.
