The heritage of Italian culinary art at Piazza Italiana starts with the Sicilian-born chef Remo Mazzucato and his experience of over 50 years across the world. Nestled in the former telling room of British Linen Bank with the interior restored to its original design from 1902.

Piazza Italiana brings the ambience of classic Italian cuisine: palate-enlightening and focused on quality and seasonal ingredients. Polished service, extensive bar and signature cocktails culminate in an Italian dining experience unlike any other.

The wine list has been accurately crafted and designed for every taste and wine lovers, offering a wide choice of bins and wines by the glass.

Think limitless, weaving through the lively crowds as the Aperol flows and the vibrant tunes the Saturday brunch tempo into a full-blown Italian fiesta! A starter of your choice is followed up with a rotating selection of bottomless pasta & pizza dishes to mix & match ‘til your carb cravings are content. Aperol Spritz, Prosecco and Bellinis can also be added to the bottomless blowout*. At £35 per person for food only (starter, bottomless pasta+pizza) or £59 for bottomless food and drinks. *Bookings of 90 mins max. Nice ambiance with good food. Service was attentive but quite rude when our table had questions about the menu and we felt rushed even though the restaurant was not even half full.

The staff were friendly and the drinks came quickly . The food took a long time to come at least 40 Mins for mains . The ambience wasn’t the best lacked atmosphere . The pizza was very doughy and stodgy .It wasn’t unlimited pizza and pasta as it took so long to come we had to then rush our dessert and the restaurant was closing ( 4pm) I wouldn’t returned unfortunately .

Absolutely amazing venue let down by feeling quite rushed by our not particularly friendly waitress. When we sent a main back as the pasta was barely cooked … yes we know Italians eat their pasta Al dente but this was definitely undercooked… we were made to feel quite patronised as if we didn’t know anything about how pasta should be cooked. Saying that, on its return it was spot on and absolutely delicious as were the rest of our main courses (with perfectly cooked pasta!!)

The welcome is warm and very helpful, immediately you will feel at ease. We had a lovely table and the service was excellent. It was comfortably warm without being too hot. The staff are very professional and smartly dressed, polite and courteous while also being friendly. The food was excellent. There was nothing to dislike and everything to enjoy. I found it a little noisy but nothing like as bad as other places I have visited. I could hear everyone on the table speaking. Thank you to all the staff involved in giving me and my friends a very good experience. We hope very much to return.

What a lovely venue. As it was a Friday in the City we did expect it to be quiet but it didn't disappoint. The food was excellent, the service very friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend this venue

Well balanced daily menu. The steak tartare was a little oversalted and the fish in the fish stew a bit meagre. And house wine at £50 per bottle a little excessive,
