    Upon being seated, no one approached us to inquire about our beverage preferences. After a 15-minute wait, the waiter presented us with the menu. However, the waiter never returned to take our food order. Despite several waiters and waitresses passing by our table, they consistently disregarded our presence. We endured another 15-minute wait before I approached a waiter to place our order. Initially, he instructed us to wait for our waiter. Upon promptly emphasizing that we had been waiting for over 30 minutes, he reluctantly agreed to call our waiter. Throughout our dinner, the waiter failed to inquire about the quality of our food and collect the empty plates. It was evident that he was engaged in a dispute with his colleague regarding the arrangement of their service area. When I requested to have our bill, the waiter came to collect empty plates rather than delivering the bill immediately. The overall experience was profoundly disappointing. The food quality was equally subpar, with the pizza’s edge being excessively hard to bite.

    Our server did not smile once and lacked any people skills. He wasn’t rude but a smile would have helped. He made us feel like we were an inconvenience
