La comida bien, el servicio muy lento y se volvieron a equivocar en la cuenta, ahora de menos, no estaban cobrando el postre ni el digestivo

La comida muy bien. El personal de servicio en el salón comedor es insuficiente. Solamente había un capitán - mesero y dos ayudantes. Los tiempos para servir lentos, al final no llegaron una botella de agua y una bebida, mismas que incluyeron en la cuenta. El proceso de solicité la cuenta y que la corrigieran llevo más de 20 minutos y la excusa del capitán fue que él estaba solo en el salón. Algo que no es responsabilidad del cliente.

The customer service from a young Portuguese lad was fantastic, very accommodating, friendly and keen to make sure our evening was enjoyable.

It's a great restaurant to be with, the waiters are friendly, and all the dishes are fresh, which I liked

Much of the menu was unavailable-reason given they had had a busy Sunday lunchtime. Restaurant was very quiet yet the service was very slow. Food was nice and staff very pleasant but overall it was very expensive and not worth the premium cost - better value to be had in nearby restaurants.

It does happen that indeed due to busy services, the demand exceeds the quantity that we hold in stock and for that I would like to apologize, and I would also like to apologize if you had some delays on the service. I will certainly look into this as we are always aiming to improve. I am very glad to hear that you have found the food and staff a bonus to the experience. I cannot turn back time but I you would like to tempt you to return and have another go at our restaurant as I am sure that this was a very punctual situation and we can leave a much better impression of our work class hospitality.
