I found the place to have a ton of silly rules. I thought everything was very overpriced (about $24 a drink), noise level was very high, and the crowd was older. I wasn't too impressed.

Overall, extremely disappointing. Sat in inner circle near the bar which was over capacity filled with conventioneers that must have been staying at hotel. Dress code needs to be enforced and many were dressed like “ladies of the night “ (which I believe they were) and men in shorts/sneakers/hats. Customers were 5-6 deep at the bar leaning over our table. You were woefully unprepared to serve that number of people in all regards. There needs to be a capacity limit and training of staff to corral bar patrons away from those eating at their tables. Food was sub-par. Caviar was served with stale Bellini likely from a bag. It’s a fabulous space and I hope you work out these kinks.

Will be going back to lobster bar after this. It was my wife's birthday, they put us at a small cramped table in the middle of the bar area. Candace our server ignored us while checking on the table right next us multiple times. Didn't hear from a manager to ask how our food or service was. Drinks are overpriced and inconsistent and take way too long. Had to stack our own plates on the table next to us because not one person came by to check on us. The food runner was great he explained every dish both rounds of orders.

Pretty disappointed, I made a reservation for some drinks and bites on our anniversary but when we arrived at 9pm the host was nowhere to be found and then she informed us the kitchen was not open as I watched an appetizer get taken to another table. It was also FREEZING COLD. Not worth reserving weeks ahead of time just to have a drink on a couch. They have a decent view and the lounge has a nice asthetitic, but I was there for an hour and only saw the server twice. We asked for the check and went somewhere else. When I told the valet about the kitchen being closed they said the food is not that good anyway... So i guess I there's no reason to come back.

Wow! What else can I say? Wow! What a treat to finally get a nightclub experience with such a great view. We plan on making this a regular event and will frequent this establishment often. From entering the valet where they even knew my name, to entering the elevator to take us up to the top, also knew my name, and when we got into the establishment, also knowing my name. What attention to detail!

The dj music being played is a bit too much … same beat over and over and over again… needs a variety of different taste of music

Very sophisticated atmosphere with a chill vibe. The DJ was very fitting and the experience was 10 out 10. Very much grown and sexy!! The service was outstanding… from being greeted at valet to the young man at the elevator to the hostess when entering the rooftop. Our server was super sweet and friendly and was very helpful with helping us decide on what drinks to order.
